    Abstract: An active fixed block track circuit comprises at least a fixed block section, comprising at least two rails corresponding to each other, each having an isolation connector at two ends thereof and connected to a power supply unit and a traffic signal; a short driving unit, connected to each of the two rails within the fixed block section; and a detection unit, connected to the short driving unit. In this manner, not only the previous rail traffic signal circuit function where no more than one train may be allowed into the same fixed block section is maintained, but also another train approaching from the rear may be prevented from entering the fixed block section when the detection unit at the fixed block section detects an exceptional case happening at a neighboring fixed block section so that the traffic signal unit is switched into a stop traffic signal.

As such, a space for receiving a jack properly is secured by digging out a space of a concrete protection layer of a lower structure and using a supporting mechanism cooperating therewith when only a small space or a closely tight bonding with no seam existing between a bridge and a pier, whereby a lifting process of the bridge may be safely performed.

As such, a shift variance generated by girders of a bridge may form a signal by using a sensor mechanism and jacks together transmitted on line to a monitor mechanism as a control parameter, so that the monitor mechanism may have an accurate adjustment and monitoring on an oil pressure control mechanism and the jacks, whereby completing the synchronous control operation for the bridge lifting course. Furthermore, the bridge lifting construction may have its improved accuracy and safety.

    Abstract: A thin jack device for bridge lifting is disclosed, comprising a base seat; a lifting unit, movably connected with the base seat; and a displacement sensor, disposed at a side of the base seat. In this manner, an arrangement may be applied when a gap altitude between a bridge girder and a pier is insufficient to reduce a risk possibility of violation of the bridge and pier, and a displacement sensors attached to stroke is used to monitor a raised altitude to reduce a mechanical error to promote safety and thereby sufficiently the current pier structure to save a temporarily used pier or a frame based design and construction, whereby increasing the construction safety and decreasing the construction cost.
