Example implementations include receiving a digital image comprising a depiction of at least a portion of a test stick diagnostic device and applying the digital image to a classifier configured to determine a relative position, relative orientation, and relative scale of the portion of the test stick diagnostic device with respect to the digital image, identify a test result region of the test stick diagnostic device, and detect a test result marking in the test result region of the test stick diagnostic device. An indication of a result of a diagnostic test may be provided based on the detected test result marking.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides packaged articles that can provide improved ease of access to the articles. More particularly, such packaged articles can comprise a plurality of multilayer films with a product contained therebetween. The multilayer films can be sealingly engaged one to another substantially only at a perimeter band that defines a closed, interior compartment in which the product is contained and which defines a tab section that is exterior to the perimeter band. At least a section of the perimeter band proximate to the tab section can be configured as a peel-apart seal such that the interior compartment containing the product is accessible by at least partially peeling apart the multilayer films. The disclosure further provides methods of packaging a product, such as a condom, and methods for improving ease of access to a packaged article, such as a condom.

Abstract: An improved electronic diagnostic device for detecting the presence of an analyte in a fluid sample comprises a casing having a display, a test strip mounted in the casing, a processor mounted in the casing, and a first sensor mounted in the casing and operatively coupled to the processor. The processor is configured to receive a signal from the first sensor when the device is exposed to ambient light thereby causing the device to become activated. The device includes a light shield that exerts pressure across a width of the test strip to prevent fluid channeling along the length of the test strip. The processor is configured to present an early positive test result reading when a measured value exceeds a predetermined early reading threshold value at any time after a predetermined early testing time period.

Such compositions can include a water-soluble polymer, a natural or synthetic rubber latex, and a rheological stabilizer. The coating formed of the polymer composition can impart improved properties to the product or article, such as improved moisture absorption, improved lubricity, and the like.

The aqueous liquid detergent includes at least about 25% by weight of water based on the total weight of the aqueous liquid detergent, a builder comprising potassium carbonate, and a chloride salt, wherein the builder and the chloride salt are present in a combined total amount of about 25% to about 50% percent by weight based on the total weight of the aqueous liquid detergent, and the builder and the chloride salt are present in a weight ratio of about 99:1 to about 75:25. Methods of preparing the aqueous liquid detergent and the article are also provided herein.
