    Abstract: The present invention relates to a dispenser device of a substance, comprising a container-body (10; 110; 210) of an elongated shape, at least one tank (12; 112; 212) for containing the substance to be dispensed, at least partially contained inside said body, a cap (16; 116; 216) able to hermetically close said tank, at least one perforation tip (18; 118; 218) at least partially housed in said body, either said tank or said tip being axially movable towards the other by a manual action such as to cause perforation of the cap. The device comprises lastly, at least one dispenser tip (20; 120; 220) joined to a respective extremity of the body and able to channel the substance coming out of the tank in a calibrated manner. Advantageously, the dispenser tip (20; 120; 220) is made from porous material.
