Abstract: A golf club head includes a body having a toe region, a heel region, and a sole weight bar extending between the toe region and the heel region, a sole defining a toe segment, a medial segment, and a heel segment, and a face coupled to the body. A gap is arranged between the sole weight bar and a rear surface of the face. The gap extends around an outer periphery of the sole weight bar and is formed between the sole weight bar and the medial segment of the sole.
Abstract: An anchor assembly (A) for hollow walls comprises an anchor body (400) and a toggle member (231) that is displaceable between a first position wherein the toggle member (231) is substantially aligned with the anchor body (400) such that the anchor assembly (A) can be inserted in the wall (W) via a cutting distal end (325) of the toggle member (231), and a second position wherein the toggle member (231) extends behind the wall (W) at an angle relative to the anchor body (400) which extends through the wall (W). The toggle member (231) is held captive in the first position but is released and then rotated to the second position by a fastener (218) introduced in the anchor body (400). The fastener (218) threadably engages the toggle member (231) thereby drawing the toggle member (231) against a hidden side of the wall (W).
Abstract: A method of making a golf club head includes the steps of providing a face of a club head, the face having a ball striking surface and a perimeter defining a border of the ball striking surface, providing a golf club head body that includes a crown, a sole, a toe, and a heel, attaching the face to a front portion of the club head body, and milling the ball striking surface and an edge portion of the face to cut a machined surface into the ball striking surface and the edge portion. The milled surface includes a plurality of first grooves located along the ball striking surface and defining a first depth, and a plurality of second grooves located adjacent the perimeter along the edge portion and defining a second depth. The first depth is different than the second depth.

Abstract: A non-lethal rifle that may include a chamber, a barrel, a gas flow controller that is configured to release, following a trigger, a controllable amount of gas into the chamber; wherein the controllable amount of gas is determined based on, at least, information regarding a target; and an ignition unit that is configured to ignite the gas within a chamber thereby causing a controlled explosion that propels a non-lethal projectile through the chamber, the barrel and towards the target.
Abstract: A golf club head includes a body, a solid portion, and a lattice structure. The body includes a topline, a sole, and an internal cavity arranged between the topline and the sole. The solid portion is arranged within the internal cavity and is fabricated from a solid material. The lattice structure is arranged within the internal cavity and is formed layer by layer via an additive manufacturing process. The lattice structure defines a lattice volume and the solid portion defines a solid volume. An orientation of the lattice structure between the topline and the sole and a volume ratio between the lattice volume and the solid volume define a location of a center of gravity defined by the body.

Abstract: A crownplate for a golf club head comprises a shell formed from a first plurality of pre-preg plies and a second plurality of pre-preg plies and defines a first thickness area and a second thickness area. The first plurality of pre-preg plies comprise a resin material and a first plurality of fibers and the second plurality of pre-preg plies comprise a resin material and a second plurality of fibers. The second thickness area is thicker than the first thickness area. The first plurality of pre-preg plies comprise a first tensile strength, the second plurality of pre-preg plies comprise a second tensile strength, and the first tensile strength is higher than the second tensile strength. The second plurality of pre-preg plies define an outer periphery of the crownplate and the first plurality of pre-preg plies form a boundary that is disposed entirely within the outer periphery.
Abstract: A putter-type golf club includes a body defining a toe portion, a medial portion, a heel portion, and an insert cavity, and a face insert assembly disposed within the insert cavity. The face insert assembly includes an outer plate comprising a plurality of apertures, and an inner insert comprising a plurality of protrusions. The plurality of protrusions extend entirely through the plurality of apertures.

Abstract: A golf club head includes a body including a toe region, a heel region, and a medial region extending between the toe region and the heel region, and a face insert that is coupled to the body. A top edge of the face insert is disposed within a face insert cavity and located between a central plane CP and a topline of the body.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method which comprises making a hole in a metallic support of an absorber tube, putting a vacuum pump in fluid communication with the chamber of the absorber tube by means of the hole, actuating the vacuum pump to generate a vacuum in the chamber until reaching a predetermined vacuum threshold, and introducing an inert gas inside the chamber and performing a plurality of sweeps with said inert gas, removing hydrogen from the chamber, allowing to thus reduce or remove the accumulation of hydrogen in said chamber, such that, as a result, at least part of the hydrogen absorption capacity of the getter material is recovered.
