The holder (24) is trough-shaped and is directly locked with a connecting part (6) which is locked with the actuation unit and which comprises at least one refill support (40, 41) which is oriented towards an ink refill opening (42, 43) in the base wall of the holder (24).

The stamp has a housing and a stamping unit which is connected to an actuating element, movably arranged in the housing and provided with stamping characters. The ink pad container has a bottom and side walls projecting away therefrom. In use, horizontally arranged recesses are provided along a length of two lateral opposite side walls of the ink pad container and cooperate with continuous guiding and centering projections in an insertion compartment of the self-inking stamp to define precise guiding and centering of the ink pad container during its insertion.

At least one of said axial parts is held in a recess (26, 27) in one of the lateral parts (12, 13) of the actuating arc (3) by means of a separately produced fixing element. The stamp has a housing and a stamping unit which is connected to an actuating element, movably arranged in the housing and provided with stamping characters. The housing also has a drawer which is provided with at least one pushing opening through which an inkpad container can be inserted. The drawer is provided with an opening on the lower side thereof in front of the stamping unit, which makes it possible to ink the stamping characters in an upward turned position by applying them to the ink pad which is arranged in the container thereof. Guiding and centring projections for the ink-pad container are arranged in an insertion direction on two opposite sides of the drawer.

Abstract: A self-inking stamp with inking from the top has a housing, in which a stamp unit comprising different stamp types and which is coupled to an actuation part is arranged in a displaceable manner. The housing has an insertion compartment having at least one insertion opening for an ink cushion container. The insertion compartment has, on the lower side facing the stamp unit, an opening for dyeing the stamp types in the upper turned position thereof, by placing them on the ink cushion in the container. At least one elastic retaining element for elastic placement on the ink cushion container is arranged in the insertion compartment.
