The system includes a unique product palette processor interacting with a product palette database to specify requested goods in terms of a manufacturer product design palette when an order is created using a unique product palette created for and used by a single retailer or designer.

Abstract: A color chip for mounting on a color card includes a chip substrate having a top surface and a bottom surface, a printed area including text disposed on the bottom surface of the chip substrate, and an adhesive coating on the bottom surface of the chip substrate. A color card assembly includes a color card having a front surface, a plurality of color chips mounted to the front surface of the color card, wherein each of the color chips includes a chip substrate having a top surface and a bottom surface. An adhesive coating is used to couple the bottom surface of each of the color chips to the color card, and an uncoated portion is disposed in an outer peripheral area between the bottom surface of each of the color chips and the color card, wherein the uncoated portion is not coated with the adhesive coating.

Abstract: A method and system for fabricating window coverings by receiving orders for custom-colored window coverings, formulating a layout for cutting bulk window covering material to accommodate the orders, cutting the bulk window covering material according to the layout and then applying the desired color to the cut material is disclosed. The desired color may be applied by converting the color information to a mathematical address, mixing inks to provide ink according to the mathematical address and applying the mixed ink to a blank window covering.

Abstract: A hinge clip for a display book for holding display samples for consumers to review includes a clip mounted along a clamp. The clamp is capable of securing a board which forms a page of the display book, and the clip is capable of releasably holding samples in the display book. Several hinge clips can be hingedly connected together.
