Abstract: The present invention relates to an infusion unit forming a hollow inner space that receives inserted elements, characterized in that it consists of a reinforcement belt that defines the hollow inner space of the infusion unit, said belt including means for taking up the forces generated while infusing on at least one inserted element, the reinforcement belt further including receiving means for each of said elements. The invention also relates to a machine container as well as to a machine with one such infusion unit, and similarly to a method for assembling at least one element to be inserted into an infusion unit. The invention can be used in all types of infusion machines, in particular EXPRESSO coffee machines.

Abstract: A device and process for brewing drinks, the device includes a brewing chamber capable of accommodating a package containing products to be brewed, the chamber having two parts configured so as to be moved towards or away from each other to close or open, respectively, the brewing chamber, and package arresting elements capable of applying themselves around the perimeter of the package once introduced into the brewing chamber. According to the invention, the device is such that one of the parts of the brewing chamber is mobile, allowing it to move the package past the arresting elements by deforming the perimeter of the package. Abstract: An extraction chamber with a supply of tablets or small pre-measured quantities of ground coffee by vertical introduction, for an automatic machine for the preparation of hot beverages comprises two portions movable in a horizontal plane. A movable portion or half-chamber is adapted for the inlet of hot water so as to be able to move toward or away from each other to open or close the extraction chamber with a vertical screen and the other movable portion or half-chamber is provided with a vertical filter to receive and evacuate the coffee. The two portions are mounted vertically oscillably toward or away from each other about their transverse axis.
