Abstract: A machine for filling bags with loose products extends along a longitudinal direction of advancing movement of the bags. The machine includes a station for feeding a bag to a pick-up position, and a plurality of filling stations for filling a respective bag, arranged in succession along the longitudinal direction, downstream of the pick-up position. The bags are picked up and transported from one station to another station. The pick-up position and filling stations are arranged at a predefined and equal distance from each other, corresponding to a step between adjacent stations in the longitudinal direction. The bags are transported by performing single translation movements in the longitudinal direction.

Abstract: An apparatus is for filling bags having a bag mouth extending in a direction of width with loose material. The apparatus includes grippers, suction cups, valves, and a pair of first carriages. The grippers are for gripping opposite edges of a bag, which are arranged opposite each other relative to a vertical axis of symmetry and are movable symmetrically towards and/or away from each other with respect to said vertical axis of symmetry in a direction parallel to the direction of width of the bag. The suction cups are for gripping side portions of the bag. The suction cups are movable symmetrically towards and/or away from each other along a direction perpendicular to the direction of width of the bag for opening and/or gripping the bag mouth of the bag. The valves can rotate from a closing position outside the bag into an opening position inside the bag mouth.

Abstract: Blade for opening bags (1;2) with pleats (1a,2a), comprising a flat body (10) with a bottom edge (11) and a top part (12) suitable for stable engagement with associated operating means, and a tooth (20) substantially extending in the vertical direction (Z-Z) and connected to the body (10) along the top edge (10c) of each lateral side (10b) of the body (10), a cavity (22) which extends in the vertical direction (Z-Z) and is of suitable width in the longitudinal direction (X-X) being formed between each tooth (20) and the corresponding side (10b).

Abstract: An apparatus including a feeding device configured feed a profile in a longitudinal direction, a cutting device configured to cut the profile to form a cut profile section, a gripping device configured to grip and transport the cut profile section, the gripping device being displaceable between a gripping position and a position for introducing the cut profile section into a bag, the gripping device comprising, a pair of grippers to hold the cut profile section, an actuator to move the gripping device in the vertical direction from a position above the bag to a lower position for introducing the cut profile section inside the bag, a moveable guide configured to guide the cut profile section inside the bag, the moveable guide being moveable in the vertical direction between a position above the bag and a position for insertion inside the bag.

Abstract: Apparatus for filling bags (1) with loose material (2), comprising a tube (210) for supplying the material (2), substantially coaxial with the said bag, said tube (210) being able to move from a position with the supply mouth (210a) outside the bag to a position with the supply mouth (210a) inside the bag (1) and arranged at a height substantially coinciding with the bottom (1b) of the bag (1) where filling is started, and vice versa.

Abstract: An apparatus for forming and applying a sealing flap to seal the mouth of a filled sack, starting from a continuous strip (9) of heat-sealable material includes a first loop conveyor to unwind the strip from the feeder roll and transfer it, using clamp means (10, 11, 12, 13) and guide means (14), to a second loop conveyor (15), likewise provided with clamp means (21, 22, 23, 24) to hold the strip (9). Between the first and the second conveyor (1, 15) cutting means (28, 29) are provided to cut the strip (9) when the section of the latter transferred to the second conveyor (15) has reached a pre-set length corresponding to the width of the sack (31) to be sealed. The second conveyor is associated with a shaping device (26) which, during advance of the strip (9), folds the strip itself until it is substantially in the shape of an upside down U, thus forming the sealing flap (32).

Abstract: A machine is described comprising an arrangement of means for making-to-measure single sacks starting from a continuous tubular tape of heat-sealable plastic material, with simultaneous welding of the respective ends, for filling each of said sacks with the product in question, and for sealing the upper opening of each sack so filled, said arrangement being such as to allow translation of said sacks along a horizontal straight route, and said translation being arranged in such a way that in travelling said route a single time a first of said sacks, being empty, is taken to be filled and a second of said sacks, being full, is taken to have its mouth sealed.
