Abstract: A service confirmation system records a disclosure of a transaction between first and second parties. The disclosure is confirmed for accuracy and sufficiency and then stored in a computer system. The confirmation can be retrieved to review the disclosure of the transaction. The confirmation is made by a third party to the transaction and includes voice as well as video data. The voice data can be analyzed for accuracy. The disclosure includes elements of suitability of the transaction for benefit of the second party. The disclosure covers areas such as start date, cost, fees, benefits, cancellation, and other topics material to the transaction. The elements of suitability involve income, financial obligations, assets, health, family, insurance coverage, and personal goals.
