  • Patent number: 10165910
Abstract: A toilet system includes a transport conduit, a flush member, an outer seal element which may include one or more ventilation passages there through, and an actuator system. All of these components may be mounted on a support structure which is installed on the slab or other foundation in the area of a toilet room and adjacent to a wall of the toilet room. A holding tank is located on the opposite side of the toilet room exterior wall from the support structure or other arrangement for supporting the transport conduit and other components of the system. The holding tank includes a ventilation stack and fan to induce airflow through the toilet system. The flush member and the actuator system cooperate to move excreta collected in the transport conduit to the holding tank. The outer seal element and actuator system cooperate to maintain a desired seal between the transport conduit and holding tank.

  • Patent number: 9765510
Abstract: A structural wall panel includes an elongated shared structural framing member and one or more elongated intermediate structural framing members. An elongated top track is connected to a top end of each of the framing members. An inner sheet of suitable sheet material may be secured to the framing members so as to form an inner face of the structural wall panel, while an outer sheet of suitable sheet material may be secured to the framing members so as to form an outer face of the structural wall panel opposite the inner face. The elongated top track and inner and outer sheets are aligned on the framing members so as to form a male receiver at one lateral side of the panel and a female receiving structure along the opposite lateral side of the panel.

  • Publication number: 20170121967
Abstract: A concrete panel system includes first, second, and third rectangular precast concrete panels, each defining a respective top edge, bottom edge, and first and second lateral edges. A first type connector is formed in the concrete material at least along the top edge of the first panel and along the first lateral edge of the first panel. A second type connector is formed in the concrete material at least along the second lateral edge of the second panel, and along the bottom edge of the third panel. The first type connector and the second type connector are configured to connect together so as to form a cavity between the respective panel edges. This cavity extends along the first lateral edge of the first panel to facilitate positioning rebar between adjacent panels.
