In certain examples, the sidewalls can include opposingly paired lateral sidewalls and first and second longitudinal sidewalls. In some examples, the cervical support surface can include a first planar portion adjacent the first longitudinal sidewall, a second planar portion adjacent the second longitudinal sidewall, and an arcuate portion intermediate the planar portions.

Abstract: An improved lumbosacral wrap is generally provided. In an example, a lumbosacral wrap can include a lumbosacral panel, first and second bilateral panels, and a posterior pad. In certain examples, the lumbosacral wrap can include a wireless transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) device selectively supported by the lumbosacral panel or the posterior pad. In certain examples, the wireless TENS device is receivable within a cavity of a user engaging surface of the posterior pad in furtherance of supplementing support and compression of a lumbosacral spine with mobile treatment.

The orthotic including an ankle brace for installation around a wearer's ankle, the ankle brace including a first wing, a second wing, and a third wing anchored at a point between the first wing and the second wing, the second and third wings independently configurable to couple to a portion of the first wing to enable the wearer to customize the fit; a tension adjustment assembly including one or more strap loops; and an elastic strap operably linking the ankle brace to a wearer's shoe for applying an upward resistive force to the wearer's shoe to prevent inadvertent downward movement of a wearer's foot, the elastic strap threadable through the one or more strap loops such that the elastic strap wraps around the exterior face of the ankle brace and extends at a downward angle to engage the wearer's shoe.

Abstract: An ankle brace designed to limit inversion, eversion and twisting movements while allowing near-normal flexion and extension. The ankle brace includes a medial member and a lateral member, each of which has a forward edge, a bottom edge and a rearward edge. The forward edges are associated with one another to define a front support portion of the ankle brace. Similarly, the bottom edges are connected and define a base support portion of the ankle brace. Finally, the rearward edges are associated with one another to define a rear support portion which further includes a one direction stretch material strip. The material strip is disposed at the rear support portion such that during use, the material strip stretches with flexion of the user's ankle. However, the material strip and remaining components remain relatively rigid in other directions to limit inversion, eversion and twisting movements.

In particular the hip to waist differential and the total waist measurement determine the height of the belt, the dimensions of the back panel and the length of the adjustable support straps.

Abstract: A lumbar support back rest having an interior ribbed structural member. The structural member has general configuration which conforms to the curvature of the human back and protruding ribs which conforms to a user's back. A resilient removable covering surrounds the interior structural member and contains a strap to hold the lumbar support back rest on a chair, car seat or the like once it is properly positioned.

Abstract: A therapeutic pillow for supporting the neck and head of the user is described. The pillow has a generally rectangular shape. However, all of the four sides are concaved rather than straight. The radius of curvature is selected to approximate the position of the shoulders of the user when the user lies on his or her back in an at rest position. The pillow also has an irregular-shaped central hollow. This configuration yields four lobes each of which is designed to support the neck and head in a different way.
