Abstract: A combination exercise rack adjustment device allows the combination exercise rack to have multiple positions for an upright. The positions translate to different angles that are used for specific exercises such as bench press and squats. The device has a cam with an extension that dictates the angle of the upright. In the preferred embodiment, a post is described that includes the adjustment device.
Abstract: A barbell includes a rotational body including a bar, a sleeve assembly having a sleeve with a bore, where a portion of the bar is received through the axial bore, a proximal bushing received in the bore and having a passage receiving the bar, a distal bushing received in the bore and having a cavity receiving a portion of the body. The proximal bushing has a first outer surface engaging the sleeve and a first inner surface engaging the bar within the passage. The distal bushing has a second outer surface engaging the sleeve and a second inner surface engaging the portion of the body within the cavity. The proximal bushing and the distal bushing permit the sleeve assembly to rotate around the body, and at least one of the first inner and outer surfaces and at least one of the second inner and outer surfaces are polymer surfaces.
Abstract: An exercise bike includes a frame, a rotor assembly and a drive assembly mounted on the frame, where the drive assembly is configured to drive rotation of the rotor assembly, and a cover configured to at least partially cover the rotor assembly. The components of the drive assembly and the rotor assembly include structures that improve the performance of the exercise bike, including but not limited to a strong and rigid construction and improvements in belt tracking, user feel, effort consistency, synchronization, and rotor performance.

Abstract: A connector assembly includes a shaft and a first annular knob fixed to the shaft and a second annular knob releasably engaged with the shaft. Each of the first and second annular knobs includes a front face, a face, and a central passage that receives the shaft. The central passage has first, second, and third sections. The width of each first section is greater than the width of the third section, and the width of the second section is greater than the width of the first section. The second section defines an annular slot between the first and third sections.
