    Abstract: Polydiorganosiloxane or polyhydroorganosiloxane compositions are prepared which are room-temperature curable without the presence of a catalyst and in particular an organotin catalyst. The compositions are useful as primer coating compositions to promote adhesion of room temperature vulcanizable (RTV) silicone rubber coatings, especially those RTVs containing polydiorganosiloxanes.
