The dispensing units are disposed on a platform rotatable with respect to the base support so as to assume at least a first position in which the fluid products can be delivered from the receptacles toward a container. The apparatus also comprises sliding means which allow the rotation of the platform. Rapid connection means are provided so as to achieve the connection of the base support with the base and/or with the sliding means in order to achieve a selective stable coupling and to prevent a reciprocal vertical movement.

Abstract: A fully automated paint sample mixing and vending machine including an inventory section holding a plurality of containers with a base paint solution. The containers are individually dispensed onto a shuttle unit when a color is selected. The shuttle unit delivers the container to a capping unit for cap removal. After cap removal, the container moves on the shuttle unit to a colorant dispensing unit where various colorant paint solutions are injected into the base paint solution. Following tinting, the shuttle unit returns the container to the capping unit where the cap is securely reattached. The container is then delivered to a shaker unit where the container is rigorously shaken to mix the base and colorant solutions together to provide a uniform solution of consistent color. The container is then transported by the shaker unit to a delivery chute where the container is provided to the customer.

Abstract: Device to deliver fluid products, using a plurality of canisters, each containing a predetermined fluid, and connected to an associated delivery unit. The device has a rotating support, on which the plurality of canisters and the delivery units are mounted, able to position at different moments of time and according to one or more predetermined sequences, one or more desired and selected delivery units in a corresponding delivery position, in order to deliver predetermined quantities of fluid in an exit container so as to obtain a final product with a desired final composition and/or formula. The device further has a way for mixing the fluids contained in the canisters and a movement member, for moving the mixing mechanism. The movement member includes a mixing cam element, substantially circular, concentric to said rotating support and rotatable with respect to it, in at least a reciprocal condition of release between the rotating support and said mixing cam element.

Abstract: An injection needle (10) for a delivery head (30) for fluid products, such as for example pigments or coloring products, inside a container containing a paint base to obtain a coloring product, comprises internally an axial hole (20) which develops along a first central axis (X) for the passage of the fluid product toward a delivery opening (23). A channel (22) is provided to connect the opening (23) with the axial hole (20). The channel (22) develops along a second axis (Y) inclined by a desired acute angle with respect to said first axis (X).

The device also comprises detection elements arranged in proximity with the delivery head and able to detect one or more significant parameters of said determinate atmosphere, and a regulation circuit able to regulate one or more characteristics of said flow according to the values detected by the detection elements in order to maintain the significant parameters of the determinate atmosphere within a set of pre-determined values.

Abstract: A device and a method for preventing the drying of fluid products in a delivery head of a machine for dispensing fluid products, wherein the delivery head is provided with a plurality of delivery nozzles. The device comprises first elements to generate a conditioning flow, second elements to convey the conditioning flow towards a space underneath the delivery nozzles and create in said space an atmosphere different from that of the environment in which the dispensing machine is to be found during use. The delivery nozzles are divided into at least two groups and the space is divided into at least two distinct conditioning zones, disposed in correspondence with the groups of delivery nozzles. Different atmospheres are created in the conditioning zones, according to the type of fluid product delivered by the corresponding group of delivery nozzles.

Abstract: Clamping device and method to temporarily clamp, in a mixing machine (11), a container (12) containing a fluid product, comprising two clamping elements (20, 21), opposite each other and able to clamp the container (12) in a determinate position. A movement mechanism (22), controlled by a control unit (24), is able to reciprocally move the clamping elements (20, 21) and impart thereto a clamping force (F) or clamping impulse, according to the actual height (L) of the container (12). The control unit (24) is also able to calculate, as a function of the clamping force (F), a relative clamping speed (v3), at which to move reciprocally the two clamping elements (20, 21) so as to clamp the container.

The sleeve extendible axially and rigid radially has a second end connected through a flange to a closing plate, able to close one end of the cylindrical cavity, and the piston and the sleeve extendible axially and rigid radially are made in a single piece.
