Abstract: A fluorescent composition for the securement of a product, and the method for the securement of a product, which includes the step of preparing the fluorescent composition and a securement step by applying the fluorescent composition to at least a portion of the product.
Abstract: Compounds for use in the textile field, and more particularly the use of compounds of the 4-bora-3a,4a-diaza-s-indacene family for the manufacture of fluorescent fibers, the fluorescent compound being chosen from those of formula I: Also, processes for producing the fluorescent fibers and also to the uses thereof, notably for the provision of security to products.

Abstract: The invention relates to the use of one or more compounds of the 4-bora-3a,4a-diaza-s-indacene family for the preparation of a security element for a product, in particular a document, said security element comprising a polymer and said compound(s) being incorporated in said polymer, and to a method for ensuring the security of a product, in particular that of a document.
Abstract: An optical marking device including at least a first layer and a second layer disposed at least partially opposite each other, at least one of the first and second layers having an optically variable element being able to change colour between a first colour and a second colour, the first and second colours contrasting from a colour of the other layer in such a way that when the optically variable element displays the first colour, the first layer is visible and when the optically variable element displays the second colour, the second colour is visible, or when the optically variable element displays the first colour, the second layer is visible and when the optically variable element displays the second colour, the first layer is visible.

Abstract: A visualization kit includes (i) a cyanoacrylate and (ii) a fluorescent agent containing at least one tetrazine of formula 1: wherein X and Y represent independently a nonionic, electron-withdrawing group selected from halogens, azide, cyano and O-A-R, in which A represents a single bond or a C1-C4 alkyldiyl and R is alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl or epoxyalkyl, or an aziridine group, which is optionally substituted by alkyl or aryl. A method of cofugation and a method of visualizing traces on a substrate utilizing these components are also presented.
