Abstract: A process for imparting a simulated patina appearance to a copper substrate, and a substrate having that appearance. A colorant having the desired initial patina color tone is employed to produce a non-continuous layer of colorant on the surface of a copper substrate by roll coating. The appearance of patination of the desired tone is created by interspersed spots of colorant with the remaining portion of the substrate being exposed for natural patination. The interspersed spots of colorant may be produced by screen printing, by spattering, as by spraying, or by mechanical removal of colorant after application to the substrate surface, or a combination.
Abstract: Apparatus for forming an arch is architectural panels including a drive section and an arching section. Each of the drive section and arching section have at least one roller and cooperating follower with the rollers being adapted to engage the underside of the panel with a groove in the followers accepting side legs of the panel. In a preferred embodiment, two cooperating followers float along a common shaft in association with each roller.

Abstract: Apparatus for mounting elongate architectural panels to a structure and a method of forming the apparatus. The panels are of the type having longitudinal flanges extending from the panel, along opposite sides. The apparatus includes a clip which has a generally planar base with a leg extending from the base. Two downwardly opening slots at the leg terminus are each adapted to engage a flange of a different architectural panel.
