    Abstract: The present invention relates to granules containing at least one plant substance, characterized in that they each comprise a neutral core having a particle size of between 200 and 1600 &mgr;m coated with a layer containing the plant substance combined with a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. These granules may be obtained from a plant extract in the form of a dry, fluid or soft extract, by powder-coating or by coating in solution.
