Abstract: A sweatband using micro fiber yarn for headwear that is made to 0.5˜1.05 denier thickness of micro fiber yarn and woven of 100% polyester warp-way and weft-way, made to single or two-ply without any polyurethane and additional stitched portion. The resulting sweatband, which preferably provides excellent sweat absorbing capability, and having high dryness factor, anti-static electricity function and the highly washable function, and exhibits good elasticity through the structure of the textile without imposing undue pressure on the wearer, with the result that the sweatband may be worn comfortably for long periods of time. The yarn used to produce the sweatband is processed by high temperature and piece dyeing methods and has twist per each certain length.
Abstract: Headband for headwear having a crown portion, the headband being attached to and extending around the lower inside edge of the crown portion. The headband is made of fabric or knitted textile as a covering portion with a mesh lining tape inserted on the inside thereof. The covering portion and liner are sewn together, preferably with stretch yarn, in a chain-like pattern to provide excellent expandability without the need for a separate size controller. The mesh lining tape improves the ventilation provided through the headband, while also serving to retain the overall uniform shape of the crown portion of the cap when the cap is removed.
Abstract: A headband mainly used for headwear and constructed by properly weaving 100% nylon combustible yarn. Having no polyurethane, the headband is woven to single ply or two-ply without an additional stitched portion, and exhibits good elasticity as a whole through the napped, felt-like structure of the textile. The circumferential stretch direction of the headband also provides excellent sweat absorption capability. With this construction a wide range of automatic size adjustment is obtained without imposing undue elastic pressure on the wearer such that the cap and headband are comfortable for extended periods of wear.
Abstract: Headwear having a crown and a headband attached to and extending around the lower inside edge of the crown. A visor part may also be attached to the underside of the crown. The headband is made of two sheets of elastic cloth excluding polyurethane yarn so as to provide good stretch without imposing undue elastic pressure on the wearer. The crown is made of several sheets of material, at least two of which are attached to each other by an elastic connecting portion for increased stretch and wearer comfort.
Abstract: A cap or visor consisting a crown portion or rim portion and a visor protion is secured to the front bottom of the crown portion. The crown portion, rim portion, or the visor portion, or any combination thereof is separated with at least one gap, both sides of the separated portion are punched with proper size, which are linked each other by the strings passing through the punched holes, and the string length controller is located in the rear of crown portion, which can be tightened or loosened.
Abstract: A baseball-style cap having a crown portion made of multiple panels, a visor part which is attached to the front part of the crown portion and a headband attached to and extending around the lower inside edge of the crown portion. The headband is a band of two-ply elastic yarn material woven in a tubular or tunnel shape that contains no polyurethane. With this construction good perspiration absorbency is obtained without imposing undue elastic pressure on the wearer.
Abstract: In manufacturing embroidered patch attached to the apparel like cap, bag, clothes and others, the present invention makes it possible to reduce the process and to improve the productivity amazingly. The embroidered patch and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention has the feature that it comprises the embroidery portion embroidering non-woven fabric having a certain thickness and the edge portion sewn along the circumference line of said embroidery portion. 1˜2 mm thickness of soft material may be added to said non-woven fabric for thicker embroidered patch. For said soft material, EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) is usually used and the embroidered patch is completed by detaching the non-woven fabric and the soft material which is not embroidered.
Abstract: A cap with a curved visor includes a crown formed of a plurality of panels and a visor consisted of a rigid material and inner and outer fabric panels, which covers the rigid material. The visor is secured to a front side of the crown. At least one incision line is made on the rigid material thereby creating a main portion and a strip portion, the main portion is inserted below the strip portion to retain the visor curved. The panels of crown are made out of a common woven fabric material or a stretchable fabric material. The rigid material is a flexible rigid material or a non-flexible rigid material. At least one incision line is made on the rigid material in equal distance from an outer edge of the rigid material along a periphery of the rigid material.
