Abstract: Provided is an impact-absorbing auxiliary material for a vehicle, which is fabricated using pulp so that a mold may be easily fabricated without regard to a shape of the auxiliary material for absorbing the impact, and moreover, which is environmentally friendly and does not generate a waste treatment problem when being discarded. Also provided is an impact-absorbing auxiliary material of a vehicle, which is capable of obtaining a sufficient impact-absorbing performance required in the impact-absorbing auxiliary material through continuous deformation of ridges and ribs by connecting ribs between hollow ridge portions and forming integrally. The auxiliary material includes a base fabricated using pulp, wherein hollow ridges integrally protrude from the base in a plurality of rows at predetermined intervals, and the ridges adjacent to each other are connected to each other through ribs.

Abstract: Disclosed is a convergence sound-absorbing material and a method of fabricating the same, and more particularly, a convergence sound-absorbing material and a method of fabricating the same in which an inexpensive eco-friendly recycled filler composed of polyurethane foam and a recycled thread or waste felt is used as a filler in an intermediate layer of the PET sound-absorbing material to provide remarkably reduced fabrication costs and excellent sound-absorbing performance. In addition the waste felt, which is typically discarded during a process of cutting the sound-absorbing material, is recycled for use in the filler.

Abstract: An assistant handle clip for a module headliner of an automobile, which includes a base and a hook integrally bent from the base. The hook includes: support arms bent at opposite sides of the base in the inward opposite directions; flanges, each of which extends toward opposite sides of an upper end of each support arm and is bent downward; two pairs of retaining arms bent at opposite sides of the flanges in the outward opposite directions; retaining parts bent at lower ends of the retaining arms in the inward opposite directions; retaining steps bent downward at lower ends of the retaining parts; and at least one noiseproof protrusion protruding from opposite faces of the flanges in the inward opposite directions.

Abstract: The invention relates to an auxiliary handle clip which can improve the strength of the product clip and which can have a firm and stable supporting capability under a horizontally acting external force. According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided an auxiliary handle fixing clip for module liner of an automobile comprising a base 31 at the bottom, the base being assembled between a body panel 10 and a headliner 20 of an automobile, and a hook 33 at the front, the hook 33 integrally bent from the base 31 for fitting in a coupling opening 11 of a body panel 10, wherein the hook 33 comprises inner walls 34 bent upwardly slantly in the direction of facing each other, starting from the opposite lateral sides of a base 31, outer walls 36 bent slantly downwardly in the direction of spreading from each other, starting from the both tops of the inner walls 34, and engaging members 38 bent slantly downwardly in mutually facing directions from the lower ends of the outer walls 36.
