Abstract: A honeycomb core with S-shaped reinforced structures includes multiple cylindrical unit cells arranged in a honeycomb shape and with a polygonal cross section, the cylindrical unit cells are divided into plain unit cells and S-shaped reinforced unit cells, an inner cavity of the plain unit cell is hollow, and the inner cavity of the S-shaped reinforced unit cell is equipped with an S-shaped reinforced structure, a cross section of the S-shaped reinforced structure is S-shaped and the inner cavity of the S-shaped reinforced unit cell is divided into two halves on average. This structure guides the load-transfer path effectively by controlling the rotation of S-shaped reinforced cells, it changes the position of plastic collapse in the structure, and finally changes the peak load of the core. Under different working conditions, the design of the arrangement of S-shaped reinforced structures can make the core produce different peak loads.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a magnesium alloy honeycomb board and a production process thereof. The magnesium alloy honeycomb board is formed through the glue-jointing of an upper panel, a lower panel and a honeycomb core structure, and is characterized in that: both the upper and lower panels are made of magnesium alloy sheets with a thickness of 0.6 to 3.5 mm, and the honeycomb core structure is made of magnesium alloy foil with a thickness of 0.08 to 0.25 mm; the thickness of the honeycomb board is within 8 to 45 mm, the thickness of the honeycomb core structure is within 6 to 38 mm, the height of the hexagonal honeycomb aperture is within 5 to 15 mm, and the fillet radius is within 0.4 to 1.2 mm.
