    Abstract: A method and a system for inputting both simplified form and original complex form Chinese character, comprises two dominent and highly efficient inputting methods and a plurality of auxiliary ones wherein 187 radicals have been selected. These radicals then are defined onto 25 keys in a standard English keyboard. The rules to be remembered by the typist is simplified greatly, and therefore, the Chinese character inputting speed is improved significiently.
