Abstract: A condiment dispenser apparatus including a housing and a replaceable dispenser insertable into the housing. The dispenser includes a collapsible condiment bag and a pump apparatus attached to the bag for pumping condiment from the bag. The pump apparatus includes a pump actuating member that is supported for linear movement by a bracket on the housing. To move the pump actuating member to operate the pump apparatus a manually operable lever is supported for pivotal movement on a cover for the housing. When the cover is closed the lever is automatically brought into engagement with the pump actuating member so that depression of the lever operates the pump to dispense condiment. When the dispenser is empty it is discarded and replaced with a new dispenser.

Abstract: Storage and dispensing unit comprising, in combination, wall structure defining an enclosure having outer walls, holding structure for supporting one or more containers in generally exposed condition on the outer facing walls, the holding structure including a first generally horizontal surface connected to the outer wall and offset laterally therefrom to define a shelf, a second generally horizontal surface in opposed relation to and spaced vertically from the first surface, structure defining an aperture in the second surface, and guide structure connecting the second surface to the outer wall for movement relative to the first surface, the guide structure providing a confined path of movement so that the second surface is movable toward and away from the first surface, whereby a container placed on the first surface extends upward into the aperture when the second surface is in its lowermost position and the container is free of the aperture when the second surface is in its uppermost position.

Abstract: A merchandise accentuator for a store shelf having a molding along the forward edge thereof, the molding forming a channel strip of uniform cross-section having flanges laterally bounding a web portion and providing mutually opposed grooves forwardly of the web portion, the accentuator including a board having a circuit on one side for electrically developing display drive signals, a display mounted on said one side of said board and being operatively connected to said circuit for providing a visual representation corresponding to said drive signals, an independent voltage source mounted on the other side of said board and being operatively connected to the circuit, the accentuator being mounted in the board in the channel in the molding.

Abstract: A dispensing device for dispensing a supply of cups. The dispensing device includes a magazine which is adapted to house the supply of cups and also includes a dispensing assembly having a passageway associated with the magazine. Resilient members are supported to obstruct the passage of cups through the dispensing assembly. The orientation of the resilient members can be adjusted, moved, lengthened or shortened, to vary the amount of obstruction.

Abstract: A refuse container for positioning a replaceable bag in a predetermined operative attitude including, a sidewall defining a mouth, and a puncturing member is defined by the sidewall and disposed in close proximity to the mouth, the puncturing member operable to pierce the bag thereby securing the bag in the predetermined operative attitude.

Abstract: A display banner functions to display a visual message having both an unchanging visual component and an additional visual component which needs to be changed from time to time. The banner includes a planar member adapted to carry the unchanging visual component of the message and further includes one or more transparent panels mounted over the planar member so as to form one or more display pockets. A plurality of display elements, carrying the changeable visual components of the message, are removably received in the display pockets and are visible through the transparent panels. By selectively positioning selected ones of the display elements within the display pockets, the changeable visual component of the visual message can be changed as desired.

Abstract: A cigarette carton display and dispensing apparatus comprising a cabinet having herein an elongated opening having a longitudinal axis and a length along said longitudinal axis, and a door having a length substantially less than the length of the elongated opening and an access opening in the door. The door is mounted on the cabinet so that the door only partially covers the elongated opening so that the door is reciprocally slidable along the longitudinal axis to selectively expose cigarette cartons for removal.

Abstract: A device for use in washing automobile windshields, the device comprising a receptacle including a front wall having first and second openings therein, a first bin for holding and dispensing towels, and second bin for holding water and a windshield washing device. The first bin has an upper end and includes a front panel having a lower end having an opening therein, a back panel spaced apart from the front panel and having a portion opposite the opening slanting toward the lower end of the front panel, and a towel dispenser above the opening for supporting towels in the upper end and for dispensing towels through the opening. The first bin is removably received in the first opening in the front wall of the receptacle such that the opening communicates with the exterior of the receptacle.

Abstract: A device for holding a credit card purchase form is shown and includes a generally planar base having a flat surface portion over which the form extends. A clamp member is provided, the clamp member having one edge adapted to engage the edge of the form and to force it against the base member. The clamp member pivots on its other edge. A pair of spaced apertures are formed in the planar base and a pair of hinge members project from the pivot edge of the clamp member and extend through the spaced apertures and provide a hinge arrangement for the clamp member. A lever member is fixedly joined to the pivot edge of the clamp member, and the lever member includes an end movable toward the planar base to cause pivotal movement of the clamp member and movement of the clamping edge away from the base.

Abstract: The invention includes a display device having a support structure including an opening forming a display window and a spring roll visible through the window, the spring roll including display characters along its length and comprising material having the property of tending to form coils at its opposite ends. The display device also includes a spring roll carrier for supporting the spring roll closely adjacent the rearward surface of the window, this carrier including a planar member having a planar forward surface positioned closely adjacent but rearwardly of the window.
