Abstract: A method for producing an implantable tooth replacement (10) in which tooth-like superstructure material (21) can be mounted in a common insertion direction. The method of the present invention preferably begins with a manipulation implant (42) being attached to a working model (4) of a jaw area (30), which is to be provided with the tooth replacement (10). An abutment (18) is made for each implant (12), which is intended to be positioned on the implant (12) by means of a positioning device (15) and to be fastened by means of a fastening element. A super-structure (21) is made on the working model (40) which fits on the abutment (18) and is intended to be pushed later on the at least one abutment (18) in the jaw area (30).
