  • Patent number: 11759931
Abstract: A nail drive device of electric nail gun includes a nailing rod and a rotary actuator that can output a specific rotation angle and can drive the nailing rod to move downward for nailing. Specifically, the rotary actuator includes a stator and a rotor surrounding it, between the stator and the rotor, even groups of electro-magnetic mutual action components are configured in pairs, to generate a tangential force to drive the rotor to rotate for a specific rotation angle, and to drive the nailing rod to move for a nailing stroke. The nailing stroke can be determined by the specific rotation angle. Thus, through the above configuration of the rotary actuator, the structure of the electric nail gun can be simplified.

  • Patent number: 10421174
Abstract: A pneumatic rotary tool includes a housing, a directional changeover mechanism, and a speed regulating mechanism. The housing includes a top body and a handle. The top body is fitted with a pneumatic motor. The handle defines a forward air channel, a reverse air channel, and an air supply passage. The air supply passage is controlled by a valve being operated by a trigger so that the air supply passage communicates with the forward and reverse air channels. The direction changeover mechanism is mounted in the top body along a transverse line and passes through the forward and reverse air channels for changing the rotational direction of the pneumatic motor. The speed regulating mechanism is mounted in the handle for adjusting the flow of compressed air entering the forward air channel. • Patent number: 10016884
Abstract: A pneumatic nail gun operated in automatic actuation mode includes a gun body, a trigger valve, and a shuttle valve. The gun body defines therein a main chamber and is provided with a forward air conduit and a return air conduit. The forward air conduit provides a path for the pressurized air in the main chamber to force a valve stem of the shuttle valve to conduct a forward movement for a drive stroke. The return air conduit provides a path for the pressurized air in the cylinder to force the valve stem to conduct a return movement after the nail gun has completed the drive stroke. By depressing an actuating bar of the trigger valve a single time, the valve stem can be forced to conduct repeated forward and return movements, and thus the nail gun can conduct repeated drive strokes for stably striking a nail.

  • Patent number: 8991675
Abstract: A dynamic clutch apparatus for an electrical nail gun includes a pair of symmetric direct stroke apertures formed on a gun body support; a firing pin set slidably installed on a side of the gun body support; a guiding base movably installed inside the gun body support; a pair of symmetric oblique stroke apertures formed on the guiding base. Aperture walls of the oblique and direct stroke apertures encircle and form an interconnected through aperture. Two pivot bearings are slidably installed inside the through aperture. A flywheel for accumulating kinetic energy is installed between the pivot bearings coaxially. An electromagnetic driver drives the guiding base to move, causing the through aperture to restrict the pivot bearings and the flywheel to move and press the firing pin set. Then, the firing pin set passes nail-percussion kinetic energy along a nail-percussion axial direction.

  • Patent number: 8567654
Abstract: A locking mechanism for a nail gun includes a side slot formed on a bottom side of a gun body and a nail supplying slot connected to a drive track of the nail gun. A stopper element is formed on a side of a slider element corresponding to the side slot. The gun also includes a magazine in which a nail pusher facing the nail supplying slot and a lockout element facing the side slot are formed. The nail pusher has an ear portion. The lockout element includes a pushing arm and a moveable guide slot capping with the ear portion to restrict the sliding movement of the lockout element on the nail pusher. As the pushing arm extends towards the corresponding end of the nail supplying slot, a nail is pushed into the drive track to shoot. The lockout element enters into the side slot to block the stopper element when the nail is exhausted, so as to enhance the shooting blocking effect of the nail gun.

  • Patent number: 8215529
Abstract: An improved pneumatic device includes a body having a hollow cavity, defining an X axis and having a first end and a second end. The body includes a movable cylinder, a nail-firing piston rod and at least one exhaust hole. The movable cylinder and the nail-firing piston rod reciprocate along the X axis in the body by performing a forward stroke to the second end, and a return stroke back to the first end. The movable cylinder presents an open status when completing the forward stroke and presents a closed status when completing the return stroke. The movable cylinder has an exhaust hole and an exhaust valve disposed at an outer periphery thereof. When the nail-firing piston rod has not completed the return stroke yet and the cylinder is in the closed status, an exhaust channel is thereby formed to facilitate exhausting of air.

  • Patent number: 8104658
Abstract: A blocking device for a nail gun includes a push member disposed on a nail pusher in a nail cartridge of the nail gun for moving toward a nail groove base with the nail pusher, a brake member movably installed on the nail pusher for moving toward the nail groove base with the nail pusher, and a rotational fastener pivotably installed on the nail groove base on a moving path of the push member and the brake member. The fastener can be touched to rotate by the push member when there are a small number of remaining nails in the nail cartridge so as to prevent the brake member moving to a position where it blocks an upward movement of the safety bar, and can be released by the push member and rotate back to an original position when there is no remaining nail in the nail cartridge so as to release the brake member to move to a position where it blocks an upward movement of the safety bar and thereby a nail shooting action of the nail gun. The accuracy of the nail shooting blocking is improved.

  • Patent number: 8083116
Abstract: A braking and driving mechanism includes a guide plate, a driving rod, a magazine, and a pressing rod. The pressing rod consists of a bar shaped arm with its two opposite ends extending to respectively form a tongue portion and a pushing portion. A pivot portion is formed between the tongue portion and the pushing portion. The pressing rod is pivotably disposed in the magazine via the pivot portion. An elastic member for driving the arm to transversely press a main body of each of the nails is disposed on the pushing portion. If the number of remaining nails in the magazine is equal to a default number the elastic member drives the tongue portion to move to a position where the tongue portion can block the stopping portion such that the movement of the driving rod is braked.
