Abstract: An aerosol valve actuator with a valve stem engaging portion, product dispensing opening, and flexible and expandable product conduit between the engaging portion and dispensing opening. The product conduit is molded at least in part of a first expandable flexible plastic material softer than a second plastic material of the remainder of the actuator. The remainder of the actuator is first molded, followed by molding the first plastic material to form at least a part of the product conduit. After the actuator has been actuated to dispense a foaming product and actuation ceases, the post-foaming product expands within the product conduit since the conduit expands to absorb the product expansion. Actuator cap and base product dispensing side openings align only during valve actuation. Base inwardly flexible members and cap internal ramps bias the cap upwardly when actuation ceases. Base upper portion telescopes in base lower portion during actuation.

Abstract: A spray valve assembly for an aerosol container comprising a valve housing which can be sealingly fixed into the top of the container, the housing defining a main passage for the throughflow of the contents of the container, a valve stem within the housing forming the main valve, an immersion pipe extending from the main passage in the housing, a secondary passage communicating the container and the main passage in the housing for the throughflow of the contents of the container when the container is inverted, an auxiliary valve disposed between the secondary and main passages, which auxiliary valve is disposed eccentrically within the valve housing.
Abstract: A valve fitment (3) for a two-chamber compressed gas packaging container with product components in an inner and an outer container (1, 2) for mixing thereof in the outer container (1) before discharge of the mixture has a discharge pipe (6) which is sealingly axially displaceably guided in an opening (17) in a cover (7) of the outer container (1), which is smaller than the outside diameter, for simultaneously piercing a wall portion (5) of the inner container (2), and a valve (11, 14) which is actuable to release the mixture.
