Abstract: The invention concerns a displacement device comprising a transmission 2 driven by an electric motor 1, guide rails 5, a displacement slider 6, a transmission housing 8 and a closure cover 7, characterised in that an externally threaded nut (4) is arranged longitudinally slidably on a profile bar (3) between the transmission (2) and said externally threaded nut (4) and said externally threaded nut (4) is mounted rotatably in a displacement slider (6) in such a way that said externally threaded nut (4) is longitudinally displaced upon rotation by the transmission (2) which is driven by the drive motor (1) and the profile bar (3) in the thread profile segments of the guide rails (5) and is displaced along the guide rails (5) by way of the end run-on surfaces (9) of the displacement slider (6).
Abstract: An electromotive linear drive, in particular for adjusting parts of an item of furniture, having a multi-part housing which is produced from plastic in an injection-molding process and in which are mounted at least one drive train and a block-shaped spindle nut which engages at least partially around the housing and/or at least partially into the housing. The housing is formed from at least two housing parts and has sliding tracks for the spindle nut, wherein at least the thread flights of the spindle are arranged outside the housing. In one preferred embodiment, the housing is arranged below the region of the spindle in relation to the assembled position of the electromotive linear drive. The housing parts forming the housing are of identical or similar, preferably shell-shaped, design in cross section.
Abstract: An electrical device arrangement, in particular for an item of furniture, includes a bus device and bus subscribers. The bus device has at least two control paths, two power paths and at least one enable path. The additional enable path simplifies the mutual identification of the bus subscribers and also improves the so-called first fail-safety. The signals carried on the enable path furthermore allow a safe shutdown of the system and provide a power-saving sleep mode. A method for controlling such an electrical device arrangement, in particular for an item of furniture, having a bus device and bus subscribers is also disclosed.
Abstract: An electromotive linear drive with a drive unit having a drive motor and a spindle driven by the drive unit. The drive includes a spindle nut disposed on the spindle. The spindle nut is movable longitudinally on the spindle. A lifting tube is operatively connected to the spindle nut so that the spindle nut moves together with the lifting tube. A connecting part is disposed on a free end of the lifting tube. A braking assembly is disposed in the lifting tube and is operatively connected to the spindle nut via an adjustable, frictional connection. The braking assembly is manipulable. During operation of the drive motor, the spindle nut frictionally engages the braking assembly, preventing rotation of the spindle nut. The frictional connection may be adjusted to permit the spindle nut to rotate with respect to the spindle, thereby manipulating a linear speed component of the lifting tube.
