Abstract: There are provided moisture-permeable, antistatic, and oil-resistant work gloves made of film of water-insoluble, hydrophilic polyurethane resin having hydrophilic groups and/or hydrophilic segments in the main chains and/or side chains. They are produced by applying an organic solvent solution of water-insoluble, hydrophilic polyurethane resin having hydrophilic groups and/or hydrophilic segments in the main chains and/or side chains, to the surface of a glove form or the surface of a glove form on which is put a glove substrate, drying the applied solution, and stripping the deposit film from the form.
