Abstract: A metallized polyester film capacitor comprising as dielectric, a polyester film having a coating layer on at least one side of the polyester film, the coating layer comprising a polycarbonate polyurethane, and a metal deposited on the coated layer.
Abstract: A biaxially oriented polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate (PEN) film for capacitor dielectric which contains the specific monodisperse cross-linked polymer particles is described. The capacitors using the PEN film have excellent handling qualities and workability as well as excellent electrical properties.
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a polyethylene terephthalate film for magnetic recording medium, which contains 0.1 to 1.0% by weight based on the film of aggregated silicon oxide particles having an average particle size of 0.03 to 0.2 .mu.m, primary particle of which having an average particle size of 0.005 to 0.05 .mu.m, 0.1 to 1.0% by weight based on the film of aggregated aluminium oxide particles having an average particle size of 0.03 to 0.2 .mu.m, primary particle of which having an average particle size of 0.005 to 0.05 .mu.m and 0.005 to 0.3% by weight based on the film of a crosslinked polymer having an average particle size of 0.2 to 0.8 .mu.m, said film having a center line average surface roughness of 0.003 to 0.015 .mu.m and a sum of F-5 values in both the machine direction and the transverse direction of at least 25.0 kg/mm.sup.2.

Abstract: A thermal ink transfer printing material having a specific coating layer on one surface of the base polyester film is described. By providing the specific coating layer, sticking to a thermal head of a printer can be prevented in the thermal ink transfer printing material according to the present invention, and it shows good printing properties.
Abstract: Disclosed herein are a stretched antistatic laminate film comprising at least one coating layer containing a polymer having pyrrolidium rings in the main molecular chain, and a polyester film layer, a magnetic recording medium using the same, and a recording material for heat sensitive transfer printing using the same.
