  • Publication number: 20120244276
Abstract: A method for generating a surface that can be bonded with gold wire. The surface is obtained by first depositing an exchange palladium layer made of the electrolyte on conductors of printed circuit boards, in particular on conductors made of copper or conductive paste. The exchange palladium layer is then reinforced with a palladium layer, deposited from a chemical palladium electrolyte. In order to protect the palladium, an exchange gold layer is then applied. An exchange palladium bath is used, comprising an organic brightener.

  • Publication number: 20110180515
Abstract: The invention relates to a quenching plate made of a matrix composite material, comprising a ferromagnetic phase in which a high temperature stable phase is embedded. Example of an embodiment: In order to produce the matrix composite material, 96 wt. % iron and 4 wt. % MgO are mixed. The powder mixture is pressed into green plates. The green plate are sintered and rolled into the desired thickness of 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm The rolling can be done in several rolling steps, between which the sinter plates are aged. After the last rolling step, the sinter plates are preferably aged once more. The plates produced of the matrix composite material in said way are then coated galvanically with a 5 to 10 micrometer thin electrically conductive layer, for example a copper layer.

  • Patent number: 5821632
Abstract: Electric low current signals are transmitted through two-wire circuits having coaxial connectors which are closed by windings that are coupled transformer-like to the coaxial connectors. This arrangement allows transmission of control signals for electric power consuming devices within automobile doors, low frequency audio signals, and electrical power to power the electric consumers. All signals are transmitted on a common data cable. Control signals are in binary coded form, modulated onto a carrier signal, as are modulated, low frequency audio signals. The signals are demodulated in a door module and separated according to frequency. The low frequency audio signals are amplified and transmitted to a loudspeaker. The control signals are processed by a microprocessor controller in conjunction with switching units that create corrective actions for the power consuming devices located in the door.

  • Patent number: 5784472
Abstract: Control signals for electric consumers in vehicle doors and l.f. signals for loudspeakers in vehicle doors are transferred from a control apparatus (1) provided outside of the door over a common data line (42, 43) to a door module (20, 30). For this purpose, in the control apparatus (1) the control signals are modulated in binary-coded form onto a carrier signal and onto the same carrier signal there is also modulated the l.f. audio signal. In the door module 30) the signals are demodulated and separated according to frequency. The l.f. signals are amplified and fed to a loudspeaker (4, 5). The control signals are evaluated by a micro-controller (24, 34) and they control over switching stages (23, 33), setting elements (6, 7) provided in the door. Conversely there is also possible a data transfer from the door module (2, 3) to the control apparatus (1).

  • Patent number: 5610377
Abstract: An electric microswitch includes a base and a cap. The base has a bottom pair of terminals downwardly extending that are hermetically sealed because they are integrally formed as part of the base, while the same terminals extend upwardly from the top of the base, and are in the form of spring contacts. The housing has a pair of apertured extensions that receive a pair of pins located on the housing. The cap includes internal stops that push the spring contacts together when the cap is acted upon while in a pivotable position so that contact pieces on the springs complete the circuit. When the housing is in a non-movable position, the spring contacts and contact pieces are hermetically sealed by the housing acting against a shoulder on the base.
