Abstract: A liquid-cooling block, a liquid-cooling block assembly, and a liquid-cooling heat dissipation device are disclosed. The liquid-cooling block includes a reservoir and a thermally conductive sheet. The reservoir has a liquid inlet, a first liquid outlet, a second liquid outlet, and a flow-dividing channel located inside the reservoir. A liquid inlet end of the flow-dividing channel is in communication with the liquid inlet. A liquid outlet end of the flow-dividing channel has a first flow-dividing opening and a second flow-dividing opening. The thermally conductive sheet is hermetically fixed to the reservoir to form a closed accommodating chamber therebetween. The thermally conductive sheet is integrally formed with a plurality of fins located in the accommodating chamber.

Abstract: A tight-fit riveting structure for a clustered radiation fin set and a heat pipe and a riveting method include a radiation fin set formed by locking a plurality of radiation fins together and at least one heat pipe. The radiation fin set has an accommodation slot for accommodating the heat pipe. The heat pipe is positioned in the accommodation slot for a tight fit by subjecting two sides of the accommodation slot of the radiation fin set to a riveting operation. First riveting and deforming portions defined on two sides of a communication mouth of the accommodation slot are riveted towards a surface of the heat pipe, which causes the deformation of the first riveting and deforming portions whereby the heat pipe is clamped in a tight fit manner.

Abstract: A leak-proof tube fitting assembly structure includes a liquid tube, a liquid tube fitting, and a nut for locking and connecting the liquid tube and the liquid tube fitting. The liquid tube fitting has a first connecting end, a first threaded connecting portion and a second connecting end that are axially arranged in sequence in a forward direction. The first threaded connecting portion has a first external thread. Thereby, the sealing performance of the connection of the liquid tube and the liquid tube fitting is improved to prevent leakage.

Abstract: An integrated liquid-cooling radiator includes a first reservoir, a second reservoir and a plurality of radiating pipes. The first reservoir is made of a heat-dissipating metal material. A first partition is provided in the first reservoir to divide an inside of the first reservoir into a first liquid inlet chamber and a first liquid outlet chamber. A bottom of the first reservoir is provided with a thermally conductive copper sheet. By arranging the thermally conductive copper sheet on the first reservoir to form an integrated structure, the product has a compact structure.

Abstract: A reservoir and a liquid-cooling radiator are disclosed. The reservoir includes a reservoir body and at least one partition mounted in the reservoir body. The reservoir body has an end panel and a peripheral side panel that is integrally formed and connected with the end panel. The peripheral side plate extends from a peripheral edge of the end panel in a same direction. A liquid chamber is formed and surrounded by the end panel and the peripheral side panel. The peripheral side plate has two side plate portions located on opposing two sides of the end panel. The reservoir body is formed with U-shaped strips extending along inner walls of one side plate portion, the end panel and the other side plate portion in sequence. The U-shaped strips are spaced and arranged in pairs. A groove is formed between the paired U-shaped strips.
