Abstract: A high-insulation integrated plastic lamp holder that does not require traditional American and European-standard copper lamp holders, comprising a high-insulation plastic body formed by injection molding. The top of the high-insulation plastic body is provided with a barrier, a first conductive component slot, and a second conductive component slot, and the barrier is located between the first conductive component slot and the second conductive component slot. The first conductive component slot and the second conductive component slot are inserted into positive and negative conductive sheets correspondingly, and the assembly of the lamp holder is simpler, which facilitates automatic production, thereby greatly improving the daily production capacity and insulation, and lowering the cost of production.

Abstract: An injection-molded integrated lamp string includes a power line and several lamp bulbs spaced apart on a power line. The lamp bulb comprises a lampshade, a lamp core body, and at least one insulation plastic piece. The lampshade is provided with an insertion portion, and the lamp core body is inserted into the insertion portion and protruded into the lampshade. The lamp core body is provided with at least one LED lamp filament, and both ends of the LED lamp filament are connected with a positive pole conductive wire and a negative pole conductive wire to form a semi-finished lamp bulb. The semi-finished lamp bulb, the positive pole conductive wire, and the negative pole conductive wire are integrally connected with the power line through injection molding. An injection plastic fusion body and the semi-finished lamp bulb are fused integrally through a mold to form a sealing insulation plastic head.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a highly waterproof and highly insulative simple plastic lamp bulb without a conventional lamp cap, including a lampshade, a waterproof insulation plastic lamp cap, a conductive connection piece, and a lamp core body, wherein an insertion portion is provided at the bottom of the lampshade, the lamp core body is inserted into the insertion portion, the conductive connection piece is in electrical connection with the lamp core body, the conductive connection piece is disposed on the insertion portion and then integrally injection-molded into the waterproof insulation plastic lamp cap by an injection molding machine. The production process is simplified, those conventional lamp bulbs with lamp caps of various sizes are replaced, the production costs are reduced, and the daily production volume is increased.

Abstract: An automatic process of making a LED bulb comprising: automatic manufacturing of a glass core column with a driving chip and a resistor, automatic welding of an LED wick, automatic sealing and venting of a lamp cover and the wick and gas protection, automatic installation of a lamp holder, and automatic optical inspection and packaging. With the automatic process, which is a substitution for the manual production having a high cost labor and which reduces the uncertainty of the quality, continuous all-day production without interruptions is achieved, and the production efficiency and quality are improved.

Abstract: An LED lamp comprising a lamp shade, a lamp cap, a glass core column, and an LED lamp filament, with the glass core column comprising a glass flare tube, a first conducting wire, a second conducting wire and an exhaust tube, the glass flare tube and the exhaust tube being sintered into a core column body, the first conducting wire and the second conducting wire being fixed on both sides of the core column body through welding respectively, and lower end portions of the first conducting wire and the second conducting wire being fixed on the lamp cap through welding respectively, both ends of the LED lamp filament being fixed on the first conducting wire and the second conducting wire through welding respectively, and the second conducting wire being provided with one or more LED lamp bulb drive elements with a drive chip and a resistance element.
