Abstract: An apparatus for washing containers includes a support intended to be applied onto the upper edge of a container, a translating unit movable inside the container between a raised position and a lowered position, a rotating element carried by the translating unit and carrying a plurality of nozzles, and an actuation device including a vertical driving screw that controls the movement in the vertical direction of the translating unit and the rotation of the rotating member.

Abstract: A method for applying liners inside containers includes: providing a plurality of liners each having a bottom wall, a side wall, an upper opening opposite the bottom wall and a fold extending around the edge of the upper opening; placing the plurality of liners in at least one vertical stack in which the liners are upside down and one inside the other; pulling the liner at the top of the stack out of the stack in a vertical direction and overturning the liner so as to orient it vertically with the upper opening facing upwards; inserting a gripping tool into the liner and gripping the liner with the gripping tool; inserting the gripping tool and the liner held thereby inside a container and placing the liner inside the container; and releasing the liner into the container and removing the gripping tool from the container.

The working line includes a first manipulation station having a manipulator to manipulate the cover and/or lid to remove the cover and/or lid from the container to open the container. A working station carries out at least one operation on the fluid product contained in the container after the removal of the cover and/or lid from the container. A second manipulation station includes a manipulator to manipulate the cover and/or lid to associate the cover and/or lid with the container to close the container. A transportation system moves the pre-dosed containers among different stations. The working station is located between the first manipulation station and the second manipulation station. The manipulator manipulates covers and/or lids associable with the container through joint-type and/or screw-type devices.

The identifying code for each container is determined and then checked whether the container is necessary for production orders received. The container is introduced into a first store and the quantity and identifying codes of the containers in the first store are recorded. Production orders are checked for products yet to be started. The containers are picked up and sent towards a first manipulation station and at least one production order of a product is processed and the containers are sent towards different stations. Quality control inspection is conducted and if the product is compliant, introduced into a second store. Containers with non-compliant product are introduced into a control line. The quantity of containers in the second store is recorded and the containers are sent towards a packaging station to fulfill production orders.
