Abstract: A container unit comprises an integrally formed container component (1) comprising a casing (20) and a closure (10), which includes a lid (11) initially sealed with an original seal (12) . A separate bottom piece (30) for the container is permanently secured to the casing (20) of the container component containing the product, preferably by rotation-friction welding the bottom piece and the casing, both of which consist of polypropene. The component (1) is oriented with the closure (10) facing down and the product is poured in via the open end of the casing. The bottom piece is then placed in the open end of the container casing and rotation-friction welded to the casing. A partition (36) may be inserted in the casing to define a space for the product corresponding to the volume of the product.

Abstract: A container closure formed in its closed state of a springy, elastomeric plastic, to be snapped onto the neck of a container with a ring-shaped retaining portion (2). The retaining portion (2) is connected via a hinge (10) to a re-closable lid (3). A tear-off strip is formed in the join between the lid and the retaining portion in the area opposite the hinge (10). The strip (4) is defined by scoring (6, 7) to diminish its strength. A seal is provided in the join between the lid (3) and the retaining portion (2), in the circumferential sections between the hinge (10) and the ends of the tear-off member (4), said seal being in the form of material bridges (5) spaced around the circumference of the closure. The tear-off strip (4) extends along approximately half the circumference of the closure and is connected with substantially rigid joins between the lid (3) and the retaining ring (2) so that the closure can be pressed onto the neck of the container without the material bridges (5) being broken.

Abstract: A dosing means for facilitating the drawing of respective predetermined volumes of two liquids to be injected, in a single injection, into a hypodermic syringe comprises a first positioning element to hold the body of a removable hypodermic syringe, an axially displaceable plunger, and a second positioning element to hold a removable ampoule containing injection liquid. The two positioning elements are arranged so that the tip of the needle of the hypodermic syringe is inside the ampoule when the syringe and ampoule are located in the device. From the first positioning element a pin protrudes axially and carries first and second stops cooperating with the end of the plunger. When liquid is to be drawn in to the hypodermic syringe the plunger is drawn out until its end part meets the first stop. The first ampoule is then replaced by an ampoule containing a different type of liquid.
