    Abstract: A motor pump unit with a multipart housing comprises a reversible internal gear machine and an electric motor with a rotor and a stator, which is coupled to the internal gear machine via a shaft rotatably mounted in the housing. One shaft end extends from the internal gear machine axially through the rotor that is carried by the shaft. First and second connecting channel ends in the working chamber of the internal gear machine are connected via check valves in the housing to a leakage channel loop, which is fluidically connected to a leakage channel that is fluidically connected to the working chamber, and which has a shaft leakage channel extending axially through the shaft and a rotor leakage channel that is fluidically connected thereto and extends axially through the rotor and/or a gap leakage channel between the rotor and stator, which is fluidically connected to the shaft leakage channel.

    Abstract: A motor pump unit comprises an electric motor and a reversible internal gear machine. The latter has a multi-part housing in which an externally toothed pinion and an internally toothed hollow gear are arranged. A free space, in which a multi-part filler element is arranged, is configured between the gears. The filler element comprises radially movable sealing segments, between which a radial gap is configured. An axially movable sealing plate is arranged between axial faces of the gears and a housing part. This has a sealing plate control groove that is open to the faces of the gears and that can be pressurized, and which is open to the radial gap and located directly opposite thereto. The pinion segment and/or hollow gear segment has a radial sealing segment control channel that can be pressurized and extends transversely, is open to the radial gap, and ends directly in the radial gap.

    Abstract: The invention relates to an internal geared wheel pump without a filler piece, comprising a housing, an internal geared wheel (3) which rotates in the housing and an external geared pinion (2) which is rotationally mounted in the housing and which meshes with the geared wheel. The teeth of the pinion define a suction area and a pressure area in the gearing, by complete engagement with the tooth spaces of the geared wheel and by sealing contact with tooth crowns of the geared wheel in an engagement-free geared wheel area which lies approximately diametrically opposite the tooth space engagement. The toothing of the geared wheel and the pinion is an involute or cycloid toothing, the tooth crowns having a rounded peripheral surface (23, 34).

    Abstract: An internal-gear machine comprises a casing with an internally toothed annular gear rotatable therein, an externally toothed pinion engaged with the annular gear and a filling member between the annular gear and the pinion. The filling member is subdivided into two portions by a substantially circumferentially extending separating surface. The filling member portions have respectively mutually oppositely disposed recesses which extend from the separating surface and which each have an inclined surface parallel to the axis of the machine. The inclined surfaces are in a wedge-shaped relationship with each other and a sealing roller is arranged in the wedge-shaped space. The sealing roller is pressed against the inclined surfaces by a hairpin spring operatively disposed between the sealing surface and a support surface. The spring limbs bear against the sealing roller and the support surface while the bent end of the spring projects into a free space in the casing.
