Abstract: An endless steel pressing band for continuous structure transfer of a surface designed to laminated products, wood chip boards and the like, is welded at a butt point and has an alloy which provides after the galvanic removing good and uniform structuring in welding seam zones, including alloying ingredients carbon 0-0.03%, silicon 2-4%, manganese 0.15-0.5%, chromium 11-14%, nickel 6-8%, and a balance of iron.

Abstract: A pane holder for increasing security of an outer pane inside a composite glass pane system that accommodates a holder element secured to a supporting structure. The pane holder is formed by offsetting the outer pane so that at least one surrounding peripheral edge of the outer pane has a step-shape cross-section. The holder element has a folded edge that mechanically grips the step-shape cross-section to secure the outer pane to the supporting structure.

Abstract: A method for producing ink embossed grooves on design paper by means of an upper surface textured pressure plate or an endless belt, whereby the pressure plate along with the design paper, that has been previously impregnated, forms a pressure package when pressed together in a plate-heat press. According to the invention unprinted paper is used as the design paper and the pressure plate is printed on raised portions. After pressing in the heat press the ink color is seated in exact orientation with the embossed grooves in the impregnating layer.

Abstract: An apparatus for manufacturing insulating construction profiles having two metal profiles spaced from each other to define a channel filled with an insulating compound includes a supporting table to support a plurality of metal strands successively positioned in advanced movement along the table by transport rollers. Each strand includes a pair of metal profiles spaced from each other and connected with a temporary bridging strip in their advancing path. A first pouring device is positioned in the path of the advancing profiles to fill an insulating material into the channel between two metal profiles in each strand to form a first insulating core and a second pouring device is provided to introduce insulating material into the same channel to form a second insulating core. Between the two pouring devices a strip supply roll, a guide arrangement and a pressure roller are arranged to apply a separating strip between the two insulating cores which is vertically spaced from the temporary bridging strip.

Abstract: A connecting element is manufactured, which has two elongated profiled members bounding with one another a channel and provided with at least two separating members which subdivide the channel into an intermediate hollow space and two one-sidedly open sections which are separated from the intermediate space by the separating members forming bottom walls of the sections. A hardenable heat insulating material is supplied into the sections of the channel so as to harden and to form the heat insulating inserts separated from the intermediate hollow space by the bottom walls. The metallic profiled members together with the bottom walls form a unitary one-piece profiled element. A tool is inserted into the intermediate hollow space and separates the bottom walls from the remainder portions of the profiled members as well as removes the same from the intermediate hollow space.

Abstract: A connecting element, particularly for windows, doors and the like, has two elongated profiled elements spaced from one another in a first direction transverse to the direction of elongation thereof so as to bound with one another a channel, and two heat insulating inserts located in the channel, which inserts extend in the first direction between the profiled elements and are spaced from one another in a second direction transverse to the first direction so as to provide an intermediate hollow space between the inserts.
