  • Patent number: 11746970
Abstract: A light-receiving unit containing four optical sensors arranged crosswise and a light-shielding body containing four through-holes confronting light-receiving surfaces of the optical sensors, and a tilt adjustment mechanism containing first and second movable bodies which are mounted on first and second rotation shafts arranged on a same plane to cross at right angles are provided. The tilt adjustment mechanism is mounted in a housing constituting a ceiling-mounted type lighting device and the light-receiving unit and a lighting lamp are mounted on a rotational center axis of the second moving body. Tilt adjustment light emitted from a treatment table hits the optical sensors via the light-shielding body.

  • Patent number: 5636978
Abstract: A gas burning power supply section 10 for igniting gas includes a secondary battery and a solar battery for charging the secondary battery, and the operating voltage from the power supply section 10 is supplied to a gas ignition circuit 30, a flame detection circuit 50 for detecting the flame after the gas is ignited, and a solenoid valve-controlling timer circuit 60 for controlling the gas supply. A day/night discrimination circuit 100 is provided in association with the power supply section 10, and the ignition circuit 30, the flame detection circuit 50 and the timer circuit 60 are individually set in operation in accordance with a day/night discrimination output during the nighttime. In the event the flame of burning gas goes out halfway, the timer circuit 60 operates to perform a trial including reigniting operation, and if the reigniting fails during a trial period, the gas supply is automatically shut off.

  • Patent number: 5086383
Abstract: After an AC voltage was rectified and smoothed, it is stepped up by a chopper circuit. Another winding is magnetically coupled to a choke coil of the chopper circuit so as to have the same polarity. An inductance for adjusting a current is connected serially with another winding. A current of a phase opposite to a phase of a current flowing in the choke coil is generated in another winding, thereby setting off a ripple current flowing in an input smoothing capacitor.

  • Patent number: 4924713
Abstract: A cutting load or a cutting resistance which is applied to a machine tool is detected by using a transducer having a film sheet type piezoelectric sensor. A detection output of the transducer is converted into a voltage signal by a charge amplifier. The transducer is attached to the portion of a feed nut which is moved in the axial direction by a screw shaft, and the cutting load is applied to the transducer. On the other hand, the transducer may be assembled in the portion of the bearing which supports the feed screw shaft so as to detect the cutting load which is applied to the screw shaft. Further, the transducer may be assembled integrally with the tool holder.

  • Patent number: 4798538
Abstract: A training instruction based on an ideal breath pattern to obtain the relaxation state in which the alpha wave mainly appears is informed by the acoustic output and/or photoelectric display in order to perform the respiration training. The state of the abdominal respiration of a person to be examined is detected by a sensor attached to the abdominal region. The detected breath pattern by the abdominal respiration is compared with the ideal breath pattern. A degree of similarity between them is informed.
