Abstract: A method of performing, by a device, a random access procedure in a radio communication system includes: receiving from a base station RACH configuration information; and transmitting a first message based on the received RACH configuration information. Herein, a plurality of SSBs may be in association with a plurality of preambles, and the first message may be transmitted in a time domain through a plurality of RACH resources.

Abstract: An apparatus for cancellation of a transient voltage spike, includes: a first photodiode for detecting a photon in an optical signal input from an outside, a second photodiode for detecting the photon in the optical signal input from the outside, and a differential amplifier for canceling the same signal component in a first output signal of the first photodiode and a second output signal output from the second photodiode, and to amplify a voltage difference between the first output signal and the second output signal. The transient voltage spike cancellation apparatus cancel a transient voltage spike occurring in an avalanche photodiode operating in a gated Geiger mode, using the differential amplifier.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a transparent transistor including a substrate, source and drain electrodes formed on the substrate, each having a multi-layered structure of a lower transparent layer, a metal layer and an upper transparent layer, a channel formed between the source and drain electrodes, and a gate electrode aligned with the channel. Abstract: Disclosed is a communication system which transmits Acknowledgement (ACK)/Negative Acknowledgement (NACK) information on downlink data by using an uplink control channel. The communication system individually allocates radio resources for a plurality of slots included in an uplink subframe. Consequently, uplink radio resources may be used freely, and it is even possible to flexibly handle a situation in which the amount of the ACK/NACK information is increased.

Abstract: A group key management method for secure multicast communication includes: creating a tree having a root node, internal nodes and leaf nodes to manage group keys of a receiver group by a group key management server; generating user keys of all nodes excluding the root node in the tree on the basis of Chinese Remainder Theorem; assigning the leaf nodes of the tree to users of the receiver group; and sending the user keys of the leaf nodes to the corresponding users for group key management. Further, the group key management method for secure multicast communication includes generating group keys of all non-leaf nodes; computing a solution of congruence equations based on the user key and group key by using Chinese Remainder Theorem for each non-leaf node; and multicasting a group key update message to each user of the respective leaf nodes.
