Abstract: A method and apparatus for casting concrete elements with varying, determined length, equipped with one or with a plurality of longitudinal hollow cores, by means of a slipforming apparatus. The apparatus is movable with respect to the bed (2), said apparatus comprising forming members (10) for forming hollow cores. The mass is fed in the first step to the portion of the slab below the hollow cores, and in the second step the hollow-core forming members being brought onto the said portion of the slab and mass is being fed between the forming members and onto them. The forming member (10) for forming a hollow core comprises an attachable extension part (22). The height of a hollow core is changed by changing the extension part of the hollow core forming member.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for collecting waste concrete, where slipform cast and eventually precut concrete product are led to a sawing station, where the concrete product is subjected to desired sawing processes and the sawn product is led out of the sawing station by means of a conveyor line, after which the sawn concrete products are lifted away from the conveyor line while leaving the waste concrete produced by sawing on the conveyor belt to be moved along the conveyor line to a collecting container of waste concrete. In solution in accordance with the invention the filling of the collecting container of waste concrete is monitored and the feeding of the waste concrete is controlled based on the filling.

Abstract: The invention concerns a mold system for manufacturing concrete products, said mold system comprising a mold bed, mold side, magnet unit including a magnet element for attaching the mold side to the mold bed, and a frame surrounding the magnet, whereby there is a space between the upper surface and frame of the magnet element, where the magnet can be lifted from the mold bed, and a lifting element for moving the magnet, and means for attaching the magnet to the mold side. The invention is characterized in that the magnet element is connected to the frame surrounding it by means of a flexible plate being movable with respect to the frame. The invention also concerns said magnet unit.

Abstract: A method for producing hollow-core slabs substantially with a horizontal slipforming process, the concrete mix to be cast being fed in said method through a limited cross section to form a product with a desired form, whereby the areal weight of the hollow-core slab to be cast is changed by changing the width of the hollow core of the hollow-core slab and/or by casting a part of the hollow-cores to be solid.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for casting self-compacting concrete mix, wherein the self-compacting concrete mix is cast to a mold so that based on the weight and the form of the product to be cast, the total amount of the required concrete mix is determined, the casting points are determined for the product to be cast, at which the concrete mix is cast to the mold, at each casting point the amount of the concrete mix to be cast is determined and the product is cast by casting the determined amounts of concrete mix into the mold at the determined casting points.
