Abstract: A trailer with a split frame, for moving loads such as collapsible portable shelter Units (‘Units”), which are long, high and relatively narrow, or other loads having similar dimensions, the Units after being located between the legs of the trailer frame, when the crossbeams are removed, can be jacked up, the cross beams reinserted, and the Unit lowered to rest on the inserted crossbeams, allowing the Unit to now be carried by the trailer and transported without using cranes, forklifts or other heavy equipment.

Abstract: A gutter assembly that includes a primary gutter and a secondary gutter that are connected to one another and attached to a roof panel. Water is inhibited from flowing between the primary gutter and a panel edge by a flange that overlies the roof panel. The end of the flange has a feather edge so that water atop the panel is directed onto the top of the flange and into the primary gutter. The primary gutter is spaced apart from the edge of the roof panel by a stop member that depends from the flange and that abuts the edge of the panel so that no water can collect between the gutter and the panel edge. This prevents deterioration of the panel. The panel edge also overhangs the secondary gutter to further ensure that no water collects on the panel edge. Drop outlet openings are formed in both gutter parts, and the opening in the secondary gutter is larger than the opening in the primary gutter to prevent water buildup in the primary gutter.

Abstract: Metal-faced structural panels have interlocking edges that include a gutter member so that moisture leaking through a seam cannot penetrate the panels. The interlocked edges are also structurally reinforced and have an overlapped design so that adjacent panels do not flex even when subjected to concentrated loads. The gutter member eliminates the need to apply caulking compound to the seams where continguous panels meet one another. It is formed by bending the sheetmetal that overlies the core of the panels in a reversely bent forty five degree angle at the distal end of a section of sheetmetal that overlies a channel formed in the core. The structural reinforcement is provided by forming a return bend in sheetmetal that overhangs a panel edge and by forming a complementally formed recess in an opposing, interlocking section of sheetmetal.
