Patents Assigned to Elitex, Zavody textilniho strojirenstvi generalni reditelstvi
  • Patent number: 4070874
Abstract: Panties including two tubular limb portions and a tubular body portion formed and joined in a circular knitting machine, wherein the tubular limb portions have their same sides situated outside and are joined on one hand by the body tubular portion and on the other hand are mutually joined. The tubular limb portions may be connected by means of a part in the form of a closed toe.Method of manufacturing the above panties, wherein successively there are knitted and retained three tubular portions of panties mutually slipped into each other in such manner that the tubular portion for the body part is situated between two tubular limb portion. The tubular portion for the body part is joined by knitting on one part of the border circumference with the adjacent part of the border of one tubular limb portions situated at its outer side, and on the other part of the border circumference with the adjacent part of the border of a tubular limb portion situated at its inner side.

  • Patent number: 4065942
Abstract: Textile article of tubular shape as, e.g. panties and similar articles, with a body portion and leg portions, made integrally in a circular knitting machine, wherein the knitwork of the body portion is made as at least a double knitwork in an area covering substantially the part between the waist opening and the crotch part of said article.Method of manufacturing the above textile article, wherein a first tubular portion is knitted, is transferred upon finishing below the needle latches, and remains suspended on the needle shanks, a second portion is knitted thereafter as a double welt and a longitudinal gap is formed, the last loops of the first portion and of the first part of the double welt are joined by knitting after having knitted the first part of the double welt, whereupon the second part of the double welt is knitted with a longitudinal gap, both parts of the double welt being joined and the knitting of the tubular part of the second portion being continued.

  • Patent number: 4005589
Abstract: Knitting elements for a single cylinder knitting machine adapted to be reciprocatingly mounted in the grooves of the dial knit loops and to transfer the loops to the needles. The knitting elements comprise a pair of blade-like members movable with respect to each other. One of the members has an operative end forming an upwardly directed finger having a forward tip and a front and rear yarn receiving beds on its upper edge, the second of the members has an operative end forming a downwardly directed finger having a forward tip above the level of the surface of the front bed of said one member, an upper edge rising from the tip thereof to the level above the rear bed of the one member and a lower edge forming with the front bed of said one member a space therebetween for gripping a yarn loop.

  • Patent number: 3985002
Abstract: The method for monitoring the operative position data of each of a plurality of independent separately operable knitting machines and transferring such information to the address input of a common memory control system for controlling the patterning of each machine, is obtained by generating a pick-up pulse at each machine indicative of the passage of its needles and of the completion of each course past a given point. A continuous cycle of timing pulses each of which corresponds to a selected knitting machine for which data is to be monitored is provided. In response to each of the individual timing pulses the respective generated pick-up pulses are fed to a logic control sweep circuit, the output of which is fed to one input of an adding circuit. Simultaneously a second input is fed to the adding circuit comprising the position data information of the immediately preceding needle and course, which had been stored in a random access memory unit corresponding to the particularly monitored machine.

  • Patent number: 3969912
Abstract: A circular knitting machine having a patterning means with finite means for storage of a knitting pattern less than the number of needles, and means for controlling the knitting needles in response thereto. Counters for determining the passage of the needles and of the courses of the knitwork from an initial point and a decoder interposed between each counter and the input of the patterning memory to reduce the output of the counters to the capacity of the patterning memory.
