Patents Assigned to ENVIROLOGICS ENGINEERING INC.
  • Patent number: 9884352
Abstract: A debris removal method includes at least any one step of varying i) flow, ii) turbulence, and iii) pressure, within a pipe gas stream. Another embodiment is a cleaning system including a viewer to view inside pipe, and a turbulator associated with the viewer, to vary in a gas stream any of flow, pressure, and turbulence.

  • Patent number: 9713824
Abstract: The method to radially displace liquid liner inside a pipe includes the step of flowing the liner around a distributive body placed within a pipe gas stream. As the gas streams past the distributive body, the liner coats the pipe homogeneously from top to bottom.

  • Patent number: 9339855
Abstract: In one embodiment the present invention is a system comprising a feeder to feed projectiles. There is a conveyor for metering the projectiles, and that conveyor is in communication with the feeder. A pipe is in communication with the conveyor, for impelling projectiles through the pipe. In another it is use of a barrel internally lined with a helical blade for unconfined metering of projectiles to clean a gas pressurized pipe.

  • Patent number: 9085064
Abstract: A system and method for dispensing abrasive particulate material into a stream of air or gas for introduction into a pipe for the purpose of cleaning the pipe and preparing the inner surface for coating or lining. The system comprises an air blower coupled to the pipe, and generates the stream of air or gas, and a three component feed assembly for dispensing the abrasive particulate material. The feed assembly operates at atmospheric pressure and is in fluid communication with each of the pipe and the air blower, and is used to meter the abrasive particulate material into the stream of gas for introduction into the pipe. The system further comprises a shut-off valve that is in fluid communication with the feed assembly, the air blower and the pipe and is cycled to isolate the feed assembly from the air blower during pipe drying and maintenance operations.
