Abstract: A spill containment assembly for containing fluids, such as battery acid, leaked or spilled from one or more devices stored on a storage rack and thereby prevent contamination of surrounding areas. The spill containment assembly includes a series of wall segments coupled together and a series of adjustable clips for coupling the wall segments to the storage rack. The series of wall segments together define a perimeter of a spill containment chamber for containing the fluids leaked from the one or more devices.
Abstract: An adjustable storage rack configured to support a variety of devices, including valve regulated or flooded lead acid batteries. In one embodiment, the adjustable storage rack includes a series of stanchions, a series of side rails extending between at least two of the stanchions, and a series of end rails extending between two of the side rails. The adjustable storage rack may also include a stanchion adjustment assembly slidably coupling one of the stanchions to one of the side rails. The adjustable storage rack may also include first and second end rail adjustment assemblies. The first end rail adjustment assembly slidably couples a first end portion of one of the end rails to one of the side rails, and the second end rail adjustment assembly slidably couples a second end portion of the end rail to a second one of the side rails.

Abstract: Battery spill containment trays, battery spill containment systems, and methods of battery spill containment are provided. A spill containment system includes a tray mountable on a rack and including a support surface for supporting a device thereon; and an absorbent member removably installed on the tray below the support surface and configured to absorb a spilled substance of the device.
Abstract: A system and method are provided including a containment system for containing leaks or spills from at least one battery. Further provided is a liner formed in the containment system. Such liner is formed of a material capable of being applied to the containment system in a liquid form, whereafter the material solidifies for containing the leaks or spills from at least one battery.
Abstract: A battery rack system and method are provided including a battery rack for holding a plurality of batteries. Further included is a liner-equipped containment system connected to the battery rack. The containment system is adapted for containing leaks or spills from the batteries.
