  • Publication number: 20170323140
Abstract: An optical sensing module is configured to sense a fingerprint of a finger. The optical sensing module includes an image sensor, a light transmissive layer, and an image selecting layer. The light transmissive layer is disposed on the image sensor, and the image selecting layer is disposed on the light transmissive layer. When the finger touches a side of the optical sensing module adjacent to the image selecting layer, air in valleys of the fingerprint contacts the optical sensing module, so that the image selecting layer has a first transmittance for light from the valleys; ridge of the fingerprint contact the optical sensing module, so that the image selecting layer has a second transmittance for light from the ridges. The first transmittance is not equal to the second transmittance. A fingerprint sensing device is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20170201741
Abstract: The present invention provides an add-on auxiliary device for assisting in generating three-dimensional information. The portable electronic device includes a first image sensor and a processing circuit. The first image sensor captures first two-dimensional information of an object. The processing circuit is coupled to the first image sensor, for processing the first two-dimensional information. The add-on auxiliary device includes at least one second image sensor and a transmission line. The second image sensor captures second two-dimensional information of the object. The second two-dimensional information is transmitted to the processing circuit via the transmission line, whereby the processing circuit generates three-dimensional information of the object according to the first two-dimensional information and the second two-dimensional information. Or, the processing circuit generates three-dimensional information of the object according to plural second two-dimensional information.

  • Patent number: 9392156
Abstract: An extension flash module is provided in the present invention. The extension flash module adopts xenon flash light and is for attaching on the headphone jack of a mobile device. When the extension flash module operates, the voltage output from the headphone connector is boosted to provide a high voltage to the extension flash module. When the high voltage is charged to a rate voltage, the extension flash module sends a charging complete signal to the mobile device through the microphone terminal of the headphone connector. When shutter instruction is performed, the mobile device triggers the extension flash module to flash.
