    Abstract: A process is disclosed for molding plastic footwear composed of polyurethane. Despite the unitary construction of this footwear, the use of polyurethane permits the footwear to be provided with an appearance substantially identical to a traditional article of footwear. The process is particularly adaptable to the preparation of footwear of the sandal type.
