Abstract: An integrated heated member management system includes: a cable module at least partially inserted into a heated member; a measurement module for measuring information generated in the cable module; an integrated management module for identifying a degree of damage to the heated member by a molten material on the basis of the information measured by the measurement module, to generate management information relating to the heated member; and a local terminal for receiving, from the integrated management module, the management information relating to the heated member.
Abstract: A temperature sensor module includes: a sensor unit having a sensing end for measurement of a temperature of a heat source; a heat conduction panel formed of a thermally conductive material and having a temperature measurement region connected to the sensing end and exposed to the heat source, the heat conduction panel collecting heat transferred from the heat source to the temperature measurement region and transmitting the collected heat to the sensing end along a surface of the temperature measurement region; and a heat insulation panel disposed opposite the heat source with respect to the heat conduction panel to prevent heat generated from the heat source or heat transferred to the heat conduction panel from being discharged to an outside of the heat insulation panel or to prevent external heat from being transferred to the heat conduction panel.
Abstract: An air blast system for melting furnaces includes: a supply unit supplying hot air into a melting furnace; a bustle pipe connected to the supply unit; a tuyere stock connecting the bustle pipe to the melting furnace to supply hot air from the bustle pipe to the melting furnace in a distributed manner; and a temperature management module determining whether the tuyere stock is damaged by comparing a temperature of the tuyere stock with a preset reference temperature.
Abstract: An integrated refractory management system includes: a cable module, at least a portion of which is inserted into a refractory; a measurement module, disposed outside the refractory, for measuring a current signal flowing through the cable module; an integrated management module for determining the state of the refractory on the basis of the current signal measured by the measurement module, displaying the state of the refractory, and generating management information on the refractory; and a local terminal for receiving the management information from the integrated management module.
