    Abstract: A playlist of multimedia content is generated based on the results of a search algorithm operating on a metadata database connected to a network. The search algorithm utilizes a search vector that is generated using demographic data and consumer profile data, and/or based on a consumer search request. The playlist, which can list heterogeneous titles of multimedia content, may be accessed anywhere on the network by any suitable authorized device.
