    Abstract: A process of production of trazodone or trazodone hydrochloride that comprises: (a) preparing an organic phase comprising trazodone in at least one organic solvent; (b) preparing an aqueous phase comprising at least one basic compound; (c) mixing said aqueous phase with said organic phase; (d) heating at a temperature of at least 40° C. for at least 30 minutes; (e) recovering said trazodone; and, optionally, (f) treating said trazodone with hydrochloric acid to obtain trazodone hydrochloride. Trazodone or trazodone hydrochloride comprising less than 15 ppm of alkylating substances, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising said trazodone hydrochloride.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a rolling bearing with fully-filled plastic oil and a manufacturing method therefor. A clearance between the existing cage and an outer ring raceway or outer ring flange or/and between the cage and an inner ring raceway or/and inner ring flange is so small that a plastic oil fluid cannot be filled into a free space inside the bearing fully, which not only limits the advantages of plastic oil-lubricated bearings, but also has other negative effects. In the invention, without affecting the performance of the bearing, unilateral radial clearances between the cage and an outer ring and between the cage and an inner ring are increased to over 0.

    Abstract: Method for expanding stemness and differentiation potential of pluripotent cells. The invention is based on the finding that increasing micro RNA-203 levels in induced pluripotent stem (iPSCs) or embryonic stem (ESCs) cells improves the quality cell fate potential and ability of these cells to differentiate into multiple cell lineages and to reach further maturation properties without interfering with their self-renewal properties. This effect is mediated through the mi R-203-dependent control of de novo DNA methyltransferases Dnmt3a and Dnmt3b, which in turn regulate the methylation landscape of pluripotent cells. The effect can be achieved by overexpression of micro RNA-203 or by adding micro RNA-203 or analogues thereof to the cell culture medium and can be observed using a variety of cellular and in vivo models.

The tightening rod is positioned between the tightening buckle and the retaining clip. The primary dressing straps tightly along a wound though the tightening buckle. The strap is further compressed by turning the tightening rod. The tightening rod can then be secured to the retaining clip.
