Patent number: 4453650Abstract: A fluid control valve including a housing with a chamber therein, a hollow barrel, an elongated trigger, a seal and spring. The chamber communicates with a source of fluid, and also has one end of the barrel, which is axially slideably mounted in the housing with the other end outside the housing. The barrel's normal position is furthest into said housing and, its activated position is axially outward therefrom. The trigger is substantially perpendicular to the barrel and is positioned on the barrel and engages the barrel adjacent to the housing with the barrel passing through an opening at one end of the trigger. The seal is movable in the chamber and normally closes one of the communication. The spring is in the chamber urging the seal and barrel into their normal position. Activation of the trigger engages the barrel, moving it axially against the spring permitting the seal to open the communication.Type: GrantFiled: November 12, 1981Date of Patent: June 12, 1984Assignee: Falcon Safety Products, Inc.Inventors: Paul A. Patent number: 4200053Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mooring cinch useful in locking a mooring pennant onto a mooring cleat. The mooring cinch is constructed of a strong flexible plastic shaped material which is adapted to accept two strands of rope consisting of opposing sides of the eye of a mooring pennant in a central cavity. Upon tightening of a centrally disposed nut and bolt, the mooring cinch can be secured to the cleat in any easy and non-slipping manner.Type: GrantFiled: December 21, 1977Date of Patent: April 29, 1980Assignee: Falcon Safety Products, Inc.Inventor: Seymour Vall

Patent number: 4170189Abstract: A heat-sensitive assembly mountable as unit and responsive to predetermined ambient temperature conditions above normal room temperature for activating a device for protection against heat or fire, comprising thin metal plates soldered face to face with eutectic solder, with large surface area and small mass and minimum contact with the elements to which they are connected. Also an alarm assembly comprising a supporting housing, an acoustic device, a coupler assembly supported by said housing and connecting said acoustic device and said container, a thermally responsive assembly mounted on said coupler assembly. Means on said coupler assembly conducting gas from said container to said acoustic device. A valve is opened on activation of said thermally responsive assembly to cause actuation of said acoustic device. A visual signal is given by swinging down of a guard member if the container contents leak. A container can be snapped into its place in the coupler assembly.Type: GrantFiled: May 12, 1977Date of Patent: October 9, 1979Assignee: Falcon Safety Products, Inc.Inventors: Michael Pappas, Paul A. Witte, Christopher N. Severud, Jr.

Patent number: 4087926Abstract: Photo print drying apparatus has a pair of manually operated squeeze rolls which feed prints toward a drying rack which is detachably connected to the squeeze roll assembly. The rack has a series of spaced inclined parallel U-shaped wires which hold prints in spaced relation during final drying by normal circulation of air without heat. The rack is detachable and connectible in tandem with other identical racks.Type: GrantFiled: July 1, 1976Date of Patent: May 9, 1978Assignee: Falcon Safety Products, Inc.Inventors: Steven M.
