    Abstract: A swinging device for a wheel set includes a center tube, an axle pipe and a restrictor. The center tube has round plates at the rear section. The round plates comprise lugs thereon. The axle pipe has a curved receiving base with a pair of fins extending from respective sides of the receiving base. The fins comprise through holes for insertion of bolts. The restrictor is pivotally connected to the rear section of the center tube and comprises ditches corresponding in position to the round plates of the center tube, so that the lugs of the round plates may be placed therein and slide along the ditches. The restrictor further comprises through holes corresponding in position to the through holes of the receiving base and the bolts. An elastic piece made of plastic material is placed between the rear section of the center tube and the axle pipe.

The receiving base comprises lids at respective sides. The lids comprise restricting members corresponding to the restricting members of the swirl tubes. The lids and the receiving base comprise through holes for insertion of fasteners to secure the lids to the receiving base. By means of the restricting members, the receiving base and the swirl tubes may be turned with respect to each other to a limited angle. The restricting members are lugs and troughs.

The connector is placed in the connecting seat between the two protruding plates. The two holes of the protruding plates are aligned with the connector, and the fastener is inserted into the holes to secure the upright pipe to the sleeve.

The solar gear and the coil are first coupled to the wheel body in such an arrangement that they spin in the same direction with the wheel body whereas the planetary gears are linked by the solar gear to rotate and the driven gear is also linked to rotate in an opposite direction. The magnet coupled on the driven gear rotates with the driven gear at the same time.

    Abstract: A structure restraining movement of a handle of a children's cycle comprises a handle, a frame, a cover and a block. The handle has a bolt and a nut. The frame comprises a strut at the front end. Both the cover and block comprise a hole at their center portion thereof, whereas the cover is secured to the handle and the block is secured to the strut of the frame. By inserting the bolt through the holes of the cover and the block, the handle and the frame are pivoted and secured together with the nut from the other end. This secures the handle to the frame of the cycle and allows the handle to turn with respect to the frame. Whereas a stud protruding from the cover seats in an arc slot of the block, which restrains the stud to go any further when it has reached to the two ends of the arc slot, this also restrains the handle to turn to a certain position.
