Wherein, the mixer comprises a pipe, comprising a side wall that comprises an opening; a doser mounting base provided on the opening of the side wall of the pipe, connecting the pipe through the opening, defining a first space, and comprising an injection inlet; and an attachment, comprising a chamber portion and a deflector portion, wherein the chamber portion comprises a chamber portion inlet corresponding to the injection inlet, and a chamber portion outlet corresponding to the opening of the side wall of the pipe; and the deflector portion extends from a side wall of the chamber portion and makes the pipe, the side wall of the chamber portion and the chamber portion inlet fluidly connected, and the attachment constitutes a swirling structure that forms a swirling movement of exhaust at the chamber portion inlet.

Abstract: A mixer, an exhaust aftertreatment component, an exhaust aftertreatment system and a vehicle in which the mixer comprises: an inlet cover, providing an inlet space; an outlet cover, providing an outlet space; and a connecting pipe part, comprising a gas inlet inside the inlet space, a gas outlet inside the outlet space, and an injection inlet; wherein the connecting pipe part comprises a conical section and a pipe section connected downstream to the conical section, the conical section is located inside the inlet space, a side wall of the conical section comprises a plurality of openings distributed along a circumferential direction, the gas inlet comprises the plurality of openings, and a swirling structure is provided on the plurality of openings.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mounting seat, an exhaust heat recovery system and an exhaust system. The mounting seat comprises: a lower support capable of being fixed to the base and comprising a lower fixing portion and a lower connecting portion; and an upper support provided with an upper fixing portion and an upper connecting portion, wherein the upper fixing portion and the lower fixing portion are closable through a connection between the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion, so as to define a fixing space, and the mounting seat fixes the actuator in the fixing space in such a way that the actuator is clamped from above and below.

Abstract: A heat shield comprises a first thermal insulation section and a second thermal insulation section, wherein the second thermal insulation section is axially connected to the first thermal insulation section, and the thermal insulation performance of the second thermal insulation section is lower than that of the first thermal insulation section. The heat shield is advantageous in that it cannot only achieve a good integral thermal insulation effect, but also protect thermal-fatigue weak zones of an exhaust system shell, so as to prolong the operating life of the exhaust system and reduce the costs of maintenance and repair for an automobile, etc.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mixer and an exhaust aftertreatment system comprising the mixer. The mixer comprises a shell, an injection port, a first baffle, a second baffle, a deflector, and an impactor, wherein the first baffle is provided with a gas inlet, the second baffle is provided with a gas outlet, the first baffle and the second baffle are disposed opposite each other, and the first baffle, the second baffle and the shell provide a flow space for an exhaust gas to flow in the mixer; and in the flow space, the first baffle, the shell, the deflector and the impactor provide a mixing space, the deflector comprises a first deflecting surface opposite the first baffle, the deflector is disposed adjacent to the impactor, and the impactor is disposed opposite the injection port for impacting a liquid injected from the injection port into the mixing space. The mixer and the exhaust aftertreatment system have the advantages of a simple structure and a high processing efficiency.
